A hidden gem!! We stopped by N.Y. Giant Pizza and were seriously impressed. We ordered three slices and they were huge--super filling and absolutely delicious. The crust had that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. We also tried the wings, and wow--cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crisp and seasoning. What really stood out, though, was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the whole experience felt like we were having a meal in someone's home. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Most folks seem to order out or get delivery, but if you have time, definitely dine in--it's worth it! I'm already planning to come back to try their calzones and desserts. We just saw the sign driving by and figured we would stop and grab some pizza and I'm glad we did. This is our new go to when we are in the area. The staff here were more than nice, personable and professional. We ordered a 20" white pizza and 3 slice meals for the kids. These slices were HUGE! The boys loved their slices and made comments on how the crust was really good. I usually can't get them to eat the crust but they did this time! Our white pizza was SO delicious. This place came in and took over the spot from Pizza Hut. Initially I was very excited about this, but the last few times I've come here it's been disappointing. Pizza is either very dry as other reviews have said or super greasy. I can't understand why or how it's happening. There is no ambiance as it's a slice shop, so there isn't anywhere to sit it's takeout only basically. This has been our go-to spot for white pizza as it's close and affordable. Last night we splurged a little and got a 20" half-n-half (white / pepperoni), a medium Caesar salad and 10 mild buffalo wings. The pizza was dry as a cracker. I have not ever seen this before here and I'm not sure what happened. Their past pizzas have all been okay. Even the pepperoni side seemed to have very little sauce and was also dry. The salad was just iceberg lettuce and much of it was browning. It was not that good for $9.35. The buffalo wings on the other hand were large and meaty. I would order hot next time as these mild versions had zero spice in it but that's easily rectified with some Frank's Red Hot. This pizza shop is now opened in inland Oceanside and you can find them in the Albertsons Shopping Plaza, just off of Oceanside Blvd & College Blvd. They were formerly Pizza Hut. They have pretty fair prices for the quality of pizza and they are on many delivery services (DoorDash, UberEats & Slice). You'll especially want to order ahead using The SLICE App and save 20% off your order. I also appreciate that they have a variety of drinks available for their combo, instead of just having sodas. The biggest size pie I saw was 28 inches and it cost $31.99. It seems that they charge one dollar per inch for the prior pie sizes. This is definitely not your DINE-IN establishment. There are literally only 2 tables that sit about 4 people each. There are no decorations & only 1 peppershaker & 1 Parmesan cheese dispenser. You'll want to make sure that all of your orders are TO-GO, but at least they have a bathroom in case you need it. Since they've only been open for about 2 weeks, they are still getting their bearings when it comes to service and while they are attentive to take the orders, I didn't receive any napkins or condiments with my din-in order. I won't hold it against them just yet because I could tell they were still very nervous and you to the methods. At the very least, I can say that they are a clean establishment that I've seen so far. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza slice & a guava juice and my total, using a credit card, came up to about $6.49. They did let me know that there are discounts when using cash instead of card. Another observation is that they use the Clover payment system, and this is skimmer-card proof so far; this means that your payment information will be safe here. I thoroughly enjoyed my buffalo chicken pizza slice. The crust was crispy with a hint of char. It was thin, but not too thin. The sauce was nice and the chicken was cooked appropriately and they didn't skimp on it. The size of my slice was from my fingertips to my forearms, a great size for under $6.50. I think the next time I come here, I will customize my topping and get a gyro slice. For desserts, they have my cheesecake and tiramisu, which is appropriate for the brand. They told me that they just created their online profile on social media and this will help others to find them in the future. Do not order delivery from this place. Ordered the white pizza advertised with white sauce, basil, and ricotta (asked for add on anchovies on the side) I got pizza dough, cheese, and anchovies baked on. They also gave me the wrong salad. Instead of greek I'm pretty sure I was given Antipasto since there was chopped pepperoni on it instead of banana peppers. I called to ask if they could talk to the kitchen so it wouldn't happen again. The crew member on the phone offered to remake it but I had already asked for a refund through Ubereats. This place is a little hole in the wall, not much place inside to sit and enjoy pizza. This would definitely be a to-go place. I've ordered several times now from them and I can say I definitely recommend their giant size pizza! It's perfect for parties or larger groups. It's my go-to for my kids parties! They traditionally do square cuts but you can ask for a traditional slice cut or ask for the traditional cut but double cut so you don't have such gigantic slices. Just discovered this place and yes, it is the real deal. Best East Coast style pizza in Oceanside... and anywhere else in CA. This place not only gets the dough just right (it folds without breaking and has that taste!) but it serves pizza by the GIANT slice. It is delicious. As a former New Yorker with the attitude and accent to prove it. I have to say that I have tried way too many so-called "NY Pizza style" shops. While some places are somewhat close, no one can really compete unless they are in NY (psst, the secret is the water). I have to say I feel this shop was the closest to NY Pizza, as you can get around here. The slices were just as long but not as wide (this is acceptable due to inflation). I came across this restaurant as I was casually walking through the plaza. At first I didn't think anything of it but I decided to stop in. I got 1 HUGE pizza slice with a 12 oz coke. The price... $5 and some change. Another option, 2 slices and 1 12 is coke for $8 and change. The prices in the individual meals are super inexpensive. It was "slow" in there at the time so the slice came out relatively quickly and the service was great. The restaurant was a bit small but cozy. The pizza slice though, was my favorite. Each bite had a crunch to it and I love that in pizzas, not to mention it was huge. Awesome place, will definitely come back soon read more
