Pretty good! 2 slices & 1 drink for 9.50. & the slices are huge! Recommend coming here, service was good, they take Apple Pay, only can sodas but that's not to bad. And the ambiance is really nice and not hectic, also bathrooms are clean!

Hidden gem. RIP to the vista location, I grew up going there. Pizza is authentic homemade, along with their subs. Love the Chicken Parmesan sub. Support local legends

Food (4/5 stars): This pizza also had great pepperoni. I wish it had a little more sauce though Experience (4/5 stars): * Price: kinda pricey * Wait Time: on time pick up * Service: good

My second time coming here. They do not disappoint First time I got the chicken Parmigiana sandwich, half. It was HUGE. I was so glad I stopped by after work. It was worth it. The pizza and Ziti hit the spot as well. Shareable portions, for sure. The staff and customer service is excellent. They have seating if you'd like to dine in. Totally a chill vibe. This place is a recommendation for sure

Not bad if you're really craving pizza. We ordered the 2 slices with a beer for like $10. The pizza was okay, beer was delicious. Also ordered the antipasto salad which was the star of the show, the Italian dressing was amazing!

This is a local hole in the wall. Many customers walk here. You order at the counter and when your food is delivered to your booth, there is no waitress to come check on you. If you need someone you need to go to the counter where the girls hang out and I'm ok with that. The pizza is great. The salad was fabulous but the cheese cake is mind blowing good and worth every penny! (It's made locally) I like the atmosphere because I like whole in the wall places. There are three sports TV, beer is flowing and everyone seems to know each other. Very laid back. If you want a restaurant feel with a waitress, this place may not be for you. The only negative for me personally is the music is very loud. Depending on who is working, you might hear 80's, country or you might get Metallica. For what ever reason this place is always cold. I think their A/C is stuck on 45 degrees so bring a jacket or sit on the patio.

Ordered for delivery, pizza was warm, cooked well. Pizza was bland and toppings were skimped, I think there was a slice with no pepperoni at all. I won't order or visit a second time.

Gift certificate that they wouldn't honor. GC was given to me by the manager for long wait time.

Came in today to redeem a gift certificate I received during my last visit. I received the certificate because I had to wait 1.5 hours for 2 sandwiches last time I came in. The manager stated that he would not honor the gift certificate. I doubt if anyone will get back to me regarding this issue. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. I used to love coming here. That may change though.

The lasagna was probably the best I have ever eaten. It had home made noodles, loads of cheese, red sauce, ham, and topped with cream sauce. My mouth is watering again just writing this review. Walked into a busy, hot and crowded room that smelt like absolute dough heaven. I've been trying my best to cut out gluten and cheese from my diet and saw online that they had vegan pizza! To my surprise they had a whole vegan menu...amazing. I also ordered one of their many non-alcoholic options- a Riesling wine, really hit the spot. I had a lovely server who took the time out of very busy wave (not to mention only 2 people on the floor) to describe the whole menu to me, he was very kind and attentive. The pizza shown in the picture is a vegan BBQ smoke show, with their authentic Italian flour dough- although not gluten free (I'm not a fan of cauliflower dough) i left not feeling 'sick' or bloated. I was beyond happy that the pizza wasn't lacking in flavor or looks, very well done. If i could have devoured my pizza in one sitting i would have, but i had to bring it home. The space was hot and muggy but sometimes that's where a lotttt of magic happens! First impression was a hit, will definitely be back to test it out again!

We went in tonight and were completely blown away. I was hoping that the new ownership would be an upgrade and I was blown away. My husband and I love Vigiluci's in Carlsbad, but this was on par if not better. The smoked chicken rigatoni is hands down the best pasta dish my husband and I have ever had! Furthermore, the ambience is 10/10; relaxing music, the air conditioning was on, and I love the decor! Also, the waitress/possibly the owner was so sweet and attentive. She was the only one doing service and a bunch of people came in at the same time and she was great! They have like 20-30 dishes so of course everyone needs to be patient. It isn't fast food. The interior looks beautifully elevated and fancy, making it a fantastic spot for a special family meal. We opted to sit outside on the patio, which was cozy and comfortable for our group. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor and portioned wonderfully for sharing. Here's what we got: Focaccia: Fresh, warm, and the perfect start to the meal. Weekly Soup Special: A comforting, rich onion and potato soup topped with melted cheese and savory prosciutto. Linguine alle Vongole: Perfectly cooked pasta loaded with fresh clams. (We ordered more bread just so we could dip it in this) Fusilli Cacio e Pepe: Classic creamy pepper pasta, elevated by adding juicy shrimp. Salsiccia e Friarielli Pizza: An odd combination of sausage and greens, we also added pepperoni. The food was delicious, but the service made the night extra special. Our server was warm and attentive, and the manager took the time to personally step over, say hello, and check on our table. Small gestures like that show real pride in hospitality and go a very long way when dining out. Pro tip: If you choose outdoor patio seating around dinner time, bring a light jacket or a bit of bug spray--the mosquitoes tend to come out right around dusk. What's your go to Cusina Italiana? It's tucked into a quiet shopping center with easy parking and looks decent from the outside, but the inside was packed and loud enough that we could barely hear each other. The service felt completely indifferent from the start. I had made a reservation and noted that it was for a birthday, but the host didn't acknowledge either. Instead, we got an uninspired, "How many? Two? Follow me." That lack of attention continued throughout the meal. The bar was out of ingredients for my cocktail, so I ended up with an overpriced $14 glass of Zin. Worse, no one mentioned any shortages before we had time to look over the menu. After deciding what to order, my fiancé was told they were completely out of veal--even though veal is the base for around few different entrées. Appetizer: The beef carpaccio didn't match the menu description. When I pointed it out, the server simply brought some cheese to the table. It was just okay, but ultimately the best savory part of the meal. Both entrées were major disappointments. My shrimp scampi had rubbery, overcooked shrimp with okay garlic pasta that I could have made better at home. My fiancé's replacement chicken dish was heavily oversalted, with some pasta and vegetables on the side. The only bright spot was dessert. We grabbed a couple of treats from the display on our way out, and the mini cannoli and lemon gelato cheesecake were both great. Skip the homemade lemon cheesecake, though--it tasted more like barely sweetened yogurt. Overall, between sub-par , missing menu staples, and disappointing entrées, this was not the birthday dinner we were hoping for. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients. We ordered the calamari, and it was fantastic, especially with the dipping sauce. The homemade breadsticks were fresh, although I definitely recommend getting a side of marinara since they're a little plain on their own. We also ordered the meat ravioli and pasta with meatballs to go, and both were delicious. For pizza, we had the 12-inch Meat Lover's. The toppings and ingredients were fresh, but the crust wasn't quite what I expected. I wish I had taken a picture of the underside because it lacked that crispy, well-baked texture I usually look for. That said, it was still a good pizza and was the perfect size to share with my 12-year-old son. The restaurant itself was very clean, both inside and on the patio. We chose to eat outside since it was a hot day, and the harbor views gave the place a relaxing, old-school 90s coastal vibe. Parking around the harbor can be a challenge, and the shared public restrooms definitely show their age. Service was just okay during this visit. Nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. The owner has always been incredibly friendly, though. On a previous visit, he even surprised my kids with free desserts, which was a really nice touch. Like many places around the harbor, prices seem a bit higher because of the tourist location. Even so, the quality of the food keeps bringing us back. This was my third or fourth visit, and while there isn't one thing that absolutely blows me away, it's consistently good Italian food in Oceanside. I'd definitely recommend giving Dominic's a try if you're looking for fresh food in a great harbor setting. 4.5/5
