Although the purchases appeared on my Macy's credit card history, the customer service team had a very difficult time locating the items in their system because the dresses did not have the necessary tag or barcode. As a result, what should have been a simple return took nearly an hour, and I ended up holding up the customer service line while they worked through the issue. I especially want to recognize **Suriya** (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly). She was exceptionally patient, kind, and determined to help throughout the entire process. Even after nearly an hour of searching, she remained calm, professional, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. Her outstanding customer service turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. My only suggestion is for Macy's as a company: please do a better job of ensuring merchandise is shipped with the proper tags attached. It creates unnecessary frustration for customers and puts your customer service associates in a difficult position when they have to spend so much time identifying items that should already be easily traceable. I did ask the cashier man if they give military discount and was told, word for word, "no we do not cater to soldiers". Loft Natick....where my inner diva goes to die…read more Listen, we all need to dress professionally but loft just sucks any ounce of femininity, glamour, and style out of anyone who buys more than half of her work wardrobe here. This is like over the hill mom status and even moms shouldn't be at that status. I'm talking dumpy boxy tops,, non figure flattering pants and skirts, sweaters with beads on them, blouses with 70s wallpaper prints on them, cardigans that fit like a sheath. Some skirts are okay but they are generally all uncomfortable with little to no stretch or give and cut for women with a smaller waist to hip ratio than myself. I have noticed that Spring and Summer styles are much better in terms of taste level, being womanly but still modest (good dresses & shorts) I still pop in here for the occasional dress or sheath like cardigan when I just need something to cover my naughty bits from 9-5, church, or other life moments when I feel the need to just shroud myself.
