But this shop has a few issues that keep me from being completely over the top in love. First, the inventory is totally unpredictable. One week I can go in and get a gorgeous gown for a fancy event, and then the next week all I can find are hot neon t-shirts with stupid phrases. I've seen one rack of dresses there for over a month, but if I want something I know just came out in the lookbook, I have a better chance finding it online. The sales are great but also mean you have to time your shopping since you would be out of pocket a whole lotta cash if you pay full price. Although the purchases appeared on my Macy's credit card history, the customer service team had a very difficult time locating the items in their system because the dresses did not have the necessary tag or barcode. As a result, what should have been a simple return took nearly an hour, and I ended up holding up the customer service line while they worked through the issue. I especially want to recognize **Suriya** (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly). She was exceptionally patient, kind, and determined to help throughout the entire process. Even after nearly an hour of searching, she remained calm, professional, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. Her outstanding customer service turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. My only suggestion is for Macy's as a company: please do a better job of ensuring merchandise is shipped with the proper tags attached. It creates unnecessary frustration for customers and puts your customer service associates in a difficult position when they have to spend so much time identifying items that should already be easily traceable. I did ask the cashier man if they give military discount and was told, word for word, "no we do not cater to soldiers". No discount, ok, no problem but was that really the best response to give a customer? Women are soldiers too, and I'm sure many of them shop at Ann Taylor and Loft. I do love the things I bought but was left with a " wow, I can't believe what I heard " kind of feeling. I'm disappointed. Loft Natick....where my inner diva goes to die…read more Listen, we all need to dress professionally but loft just sucks any ounce of femininity, glamour, and style out of anyone who buys more than half of her work wardrobe here. This is like over the hill mom status and even moms shouldn't be at that status. I'm talking dumpy boxy tops,, non figure flattering pants and skirts, sweaters with beads on them, blouses with 70s wallpaper prints on them, cardigans that fit like a sheath. Some skirts are okay but they are generally all uncomfortable with little to no stretch or give and cut for women with a smaller waist to hip ratio than myself. I have noticed that Spring and Summer styles are much better in terms of taste level, being womanly but still modest (good dresses & shorts) I still pop in here for the occasional dress or sheath like cardigan when I just need something to cover my naughty bits from 9-5, church, or other life moments when I feel the need to just shroud myself.

Suit shopping is not high on my list of priorities but once ever decade or so I think it's important to do. As a still barely clinging to my 20's guy I never really considered shopping here. But a huge sale and a proclamation of its excellence from my brother in-law motivated me to give it a shot. I walked in and honestly, I was overwhelmed. There are tons of suits - some which looked better suited to my grandfather than to me, but I pressed on. I suggest you don't be intimidated by some of the older styles - they're trying to cater to a wide age group and if you ask for help (they are very nice and not pushy or stuffy at all) they'll help you find suits more befitting your style. The store was somewhat busy when I went on a Sunday afternoon (about 6-7 people which I thought was a lot for a small-ish suit store in Framingham) but the employees were walking around to make sure everyone was being helped. The employees showed me which suits were on sale and which were on clearance and gave advice and suggestions when asked. I was sure I wouldn't buy anything but I walked out of there with two new suits which will be tailored to my specific size later this week. Overall, it was a good experience. I assume the suits are good quality (how can anyone really know) but with 70% off they were worth the investment. Now, you probably won't find any super slick snazzy suits here but you can definitely find some good go to pieces. They also sells other accoutrement such as belts, ties, pants, etc. I stuck with the suits and am now all set for another decade or so.

No, he had literally been ignoring us, he checked out this guy and then another customer walked up to the counter, he turned to them to help them when the customer pointed at us and asked if we were first, he said something along the lines of "they can wait" or "i'll help you first" I didn't quite hear it, my dad went up to him and said "we've been waiting before him" and he just shrugged him off and said he would help us after. i'm not usually a review writer but this is unacceptable. understaffed and they're rude. would not recommend this location.
