Steave has been the one I have been talking to from the start of their service and was the one who also came out to our home. This company is very good. Saimon came to install 2 Smartlocks that I bought online. I called this co. first and he told me what locks were good with experience. I ended up buying 2 Kwikset locks online sent him the picture for his approval. He came on time to his appt. and installed them with care and great professionalism. The lock installation went well and goes with the door and he even came back and straightened them the next day to perfect it upon my request. I think that most people would have not called but I am a perfectionist and wanted more. Bottom line. He was great and definitely would recommend to my friends. The only thing I wish he would have done is clean up his mess. It was unintentional but that is just me. Even a small broom and small shop vac would have been helpful. Most consumers leave the cleaning to the installer. I ended up cleaning up after him. This is not a deal breaker it is just a suggestion they may want to look into adding to the job. Tips go along away in my book, and cleaning definitely is the deciding factor. I will still use Saimon in the future because his work ethic is excellent! read more
