PLEASE READ!! I managed to lock myself out, and my dogs inside on Halloween and while Housesitting! Alone and panicked about finding a reliable locksmith on such short notice, tonight! I found Mobile Locksmith, who promptly answered, yay, was super friendly, and told me he'd dispatcha technician ASAP. "Simon" arrived, He immediately made me feel comfortable..was friendly and polite, ready to go to work on the lock. The lock we had to go through apparently is an extremely secure one. Simon patiently exhausted all options, did his best to try and overcome it with no luck. The only option left was to drill out the lock, which would have to be replaced. NOW, aside from the cost, there is the element of discomfort, facing the home owner - my client, destroying her lock, handing her a new key to her -due to changing to a new lock. OMG I was ready to give Simon the go a head. Simon was determined to try and look for other solutions before the inevitable. He went to the back doors, which I had already tried. Luckily, he was able to get one of the sliders open!! The way he got me back inside wasn't the traditional way he said. Simon took it upon himself to wave all fees associated with him coming out, even lockout charge. He even graciously insisted on not accepting a tip, which was more than well deserved. I don't usually post reviews.. but...
