Ibrahim showed up tried to program new fob for our car and all he did was mess up the programming on our key fob. Now we have to use the physical key to open the doors because none of the key fob buttons work anymore on our key fob. Can u imagine someone coming to your house and breaking something and just leaving ?? Guess what the excuse was. The same old "someone else did something wrong before me" they really need to work on finding a new excuse or guess what, just take responsibility, there is a thought!! He said he was 30 mins away, he got there exactly 30 mins later and tried to unlock the door.
