After I gave them my phone number and address they asked if the car was in my name. No, I just bought it and need it fixed, why do you think I need another key? Please make sure the person working on your car knows how to work on your specific make and model. Ibrahim showed up tried to program new fob for our car and all he did was mess up the programming on our key fob. Now we have to use the physical key to open the doors because none of the key fob buttons work anymore on our key fob. Can u imagine someone coming to your house and breaking something and just leaving ?? Guess what the excuse was. The same old "someone else did something wrong before me" they really need to work on finding a new excuse or guess what, just take responsibility, there is a thought!!
