Jose went above and beyond for me today. I needed 2 keys programmed (one for a Toyota, one for a Ford). I bought my Ford used and it came with 2 keys but only one worked. I went to Ford 3 times to have them fix the issue but each time the key ended up not working and Ford didn't know what was going on. Jose came to my house and immediately knew that my car was a model year where Ford made 2 different types of keys and the dealership gave me the wrong type. Reached out for some key duplication, Had a set of GM worm-cut car keys that had been separated from their keyfob by GM. I acquired new fobs with the key blades intact and needed them cut to fit. Lost the spare key to my truck a few years ago and decided to finally get another spare. It is a push start key fob with remote start. Called Javier and he immediately picked up and gave me the quote. The quote was half the price of what the dealer would charge. I schedule an appointment to meet him at his shop since it was close by me. On the day of appointment I texted him I was there and he immediately called back and apologize that he would be 15 minutes late due to last call running late. Wasn't an issue for me as I was in no rush. As soon as he pulled it he got straight to work. Got an OEM keyfob and programmed it to work with no problem. Every function (lock, unlock, tailgate unlock, remote start, and alarm) worked flawlessly. He did have a slight issue on cutting the physical key. The machine broke and messed up the first blank. He worked on it as much as he could until he decided to get a new blank and use his backup machine. Worked flawlessly! Javier was extremely friendly the entire time and made great conversation. Upon arriving, I waited 10 minutes and sent a text to let him know I was there -- no response. After another 10 minutes, I called him -- still nothing.
