These guys are excellent! It's 6am in the morning on my birthday and they helped me out big time. They are definitely a 24 hour service that will attend to your needs. I had broke my key open and my car has a little chip in it where its needed to start the car and I had lost that when my key broke. So Joesey(his name) came out on this cold morning and helped me out big time. They programmed my car to start right up like it did before. They have all the tools necessary for the job. I even had a spare uncut key that I had bought off of ebay/Amazon and they had the machine with them to cut the key for me and I was ready to roll with a spare key. Joesey was very knowledgeable about his line of work and gave me a lot of advice how to further care for my vehicle in this certain situation. He told me that he noticed the inside of my ignition was dirty, so he gave me advice to use WD-40 to clean it out for future references. He also told me that if anyone has full coverage on there insurance company. If you save the receipt of the work that was done, the insurance company should reimburse a part or the whole transaction since this job is technically a road side assistance job. I'm just grateful that they helped me with this because I wasn't looking forward to tow this car to the dealership and pay over $300 to get a new key. Their prices seem very fair compared with the dealerships. read more
