In fact during my initial call Simon suggested another option that most certainly would have saved me a few dollars and lost the job for his company. I did call and they were unable to help. I called the Mobile LockSmith back set up a time and he arrived within the agreed time frame! What I really appreciated about the service was that Simon attempted the most economical solution first, and explaining as he worked. He had to move on to another option and it wasn't his fault. Let's just say earlier had tried to brute Force that lock open. Eventually, Simon was able to get my access restored. All this was done with a smile and a bit of needed humor. I would highly recommend this service. He knows his craft and is representative of a time when Craftsman took pride in their work. Fortunately for us, a wonderful technician named Simon showed up right on time. We had just moved into our new house and we wanted all the locks re keyed and a keyless entry pad in place of the dead bolt. We had already purchased the keyless entry pad ourselves. Simon patiently explained all our options and made sure that we could open all the locks with the same key. Simon had to drill a bigger hole for the keyless entry lock that we had purchased, but he made it fit. He worked efficiently and made sure we tested all the locks & keys before he finished. After Simon left, we went to program the keyless entry pad and found that the dead bolt didn't work. We called a Simon on his cell and he came back that evening. The lock was indeed defective and he offered to return it to Home Depot for us and pick up a different one that very same night! He went out of his way to find a Home Depot that was still open past 9pm. Way above and beyond the call of duty! We would highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Simon! read more

Got locked out of my truck on a late Friday night. This company was the only one who picked up the phone and a technician came in 20 minutes like they said he would. He got right to it and got it unlocked in no time. The guy waited for me to look for my keys while helping me with his flash light. Unfortunately the key wasn't in my truck like I thought and the guy went ahead and made me a key as well. To help out with the charge he applied the amount due for the lockout to the price of the key he made and I couldn't be happier. I didn't even knew you can make a key like that in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night without having any key to the truck anymore. Really a life saviors at that point. We had a very serious problem with the business front door that all of a sudden couldn't lock and it was the end of the day where I was extremely anxious to go back home. These guys were highly recommended on Yelp and I gave them a call. The guy who took the call was extremely patient and went into detail about how the service is about to be followed by a technician who came promptly and just like I suspected the problem with the door was complicated so it took an hour and a half of repairs and parts replaced but eventually we were able to lock it and go home. The best thing about all that was the warranty they provided us, a full 24-month A to Z warranty on everything that they have done. I hope I would never need an emergency service being stranded like that again but if I would I know who to call. read more

Simon and the guys at Unlock saved my sanity. I discovered that my key was jammed in the ignition of my car. Turns out, as Simon explained in perfect layman terms, my gear sensor didn't know I was in park AND the ignition column was screwed. Not only did she give me an accurate "ballpark" estimate, she made certain the techs had the right address (I live in some backroads that are hard to find). The techs were great, explained the new doorknob I would need to buy and even gave me tips on how to install it. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Simon came out for an emergency call on short notice, on a holiday weekend when most of his staff were off. This would have been a perfect opportunity to jack up his price, but Simon is strongly against profiting from someone else's emergency. Got locked out of my car at the beach. After an extremely long day in the sun all I wanted to do was get home. Unfortunately , I'm a an idiot and I realized I left my car keys on my front seat.
