They respected social distancing with doing most of the approval process over the phone and online and my sales person Phyllis was very down-to-earth and easy to work with. - I think people in certain situations have high expectations with what they think they can get and what they think a car dealerships can actually do when the banks tell them yes or no with the car that you want not them. If you the consumer have your down payment, all of your paperwork, and can be patient you'll be good! People just need to chill and relax when buying a car. read more

Recalls on a vehicle were ignored and taped back together and basically I was told sorry. I went to the other University Ford and they tried to charge me $500 to replace a key stating it would have to be reprogrammed. I replaced the key myself for less than $25 on amazon. I will never go back after changing my oil there and being told there was a hole in a pump, them trying to charge me to pull my engine but then letting me leave the dealership with no antifreeze/Air Conditioning. They were sure quick to try to sell me a new car. I'm at a different dealership with much better service right now. Watch out. read more

I've been a customer of this dealership since 2015, and I was about to purchase my third vehicle from them. Now, I am lucky I didn't go through with it. When my first car (a 2013 Ford Focus) had serious transmission problems in 2019, due to a known design flaw, I was shorted on how much credit they would give me towards my next car (a 2017 Focus, with the design flaw fixed). Because I was given significantly less than originally offered, I was very upset, and I decided I would never buy from them again. But then, November 2024, I received a letter from them, offering to give me a great deal toward my next car. I decided to give them another chance. I'm glad I did give them a chance -- but only to ease my conscience. Unfortunately, the most recent experience only reinforced my previous feelings about them. They really don't care about keeping me as a repeat customer. They knew what my budget and limitations were, and still, they tried to get the financing paperwork ready for me to sign, without providing all the maintenance history that I had requested. ("I've been trying to get it" was the manager's answer!) If I had signed, that would have meant needing immediate costly maintenance right out the door, which they were NOT willing to help me with. Their service department should be avoided at all costs. Took my car in due it not starting and a consistent low tire warning. The various tech/support calls were rude, unprofessional, and a downright waste of time. I had one tire that regularly was losing air, and the battery was losing power. I jump started the car and they claimed it was showing fine. As the vehicle is a hybrid, they also refused to look at that battery. If you can't get a vehicle serviced by the manufacturer I'm not sure where it should be serviced. Once brought back home, the car died again, and had AAA come out. They said definitely seemed like the battery so I called University Ford back and the support NEVER returned my call. After a day or so, I called the service department back and ended up being accused of fabricating all of my issues. Not sure why I would lie, but definitely considered it unprofessional and rude. I finally took the vehicle to another ford mechanic and they identified a nail in the tire, easily patched, and a dead cell so the battery wouldn't hold a charge. All fixed within a day. I strongly recommend not using their service department. read more

I'm writing to tell you a little about my recent experiences with the service department at University Ford Durham, and I find myself dejected because I know that this one star review will have little to no effect on the practices I just witnessed or resolve the frustrations I'm feeling. Alas what tiny little insignificant power I might have to either warn potential visitors to the service department or provoke some self-assessment of their service management I will now try to leverage. If you want the bullet points, my opinions of the service practices: - Awful expectation management - Enormous upcharge for parts via what you could order yourself - Not really interested in customer experience Longer version: I have a 2006 Ranger. It's already an old vehicle at the time of writing, and I acknowledge it can be tough to diagnose issues in older vehicles. I took it to the dealer service department because, in addition to a suspected parasitic draw, it also had some outstanding recalls. Had it towed there, and over the next week, when I called, I kept hearing, "We'll get to it this afternoon," or "We'll get to it first thing in the morning." This is where my feedback about expectation management comes into play. If I'd known it'd take them a week to even look at the thing, I would have taken it to another shop. I was not given a clear picture of what the team was examining or what they suspect was going on, but the service manager did tell me they were experiencing some difficulty there. Ultimately, they concluded the starter was bad, and they proposed that I replace it. I asked what information led them to this conclusion and why they were confident it would resolve the issue. I did not get any explanation whatsoever. I paid for the service, and after receiving the bill, I googled the part number for the new starter that they installed. I was charged more than 2x its cost from various distributors online. Fast forward one week. Car wouldn't start again. I towed it back to the dealership in the hopes that the team would take some accountability for failing to resolve the issue. It sat on the lot for 3 days, and when the team turned the key, the engine started after all. Instead of trusting what I'd experienced and considering that there may still be an issue at hand, I received a call saying, "No issue here! You're good to go." That did not leave me feeling trusted as a customer, but it did leave me feeling like the team was afraid to discover that they had performed the service incorrectly. So here I am, short the better part of $1000, with a truck that still sometimes starts and sometimes doesn't. I think it's clear that, unless the problem is super straightforward, the opinion of University Ford Durham is, "We can afford to lose a customer here or there." A few bright spots though - their shuttle drivers are very kind, and one service manager named Dez seemed truly interested in customer experience. Came in to see the Bronco Sport. I was told they would call me when one came in. Lucky I was driving by and seen it. The Bronco was open outside. Must have been too cold for anyone to come out to talk to me. I did walk in the showroom. A girl and a guy were sitting in a what looks like a greeters circle. No one said a word to me. In fact the gut that was sitting there , Claire's at me wow negative vibes I got from him. The Bronco Sport was exactly what I was looking for color and options. It all started with the broken door check arm. Mine fell completely off in early June 2024. In early September I finally just dropped the car off for service. When I would follow up to inquire about the recall the answer was always vague and then the promised follow up up call would not happen most of the time. Meaning I would have to call in over and over again to get a person on the phone. My request for a different service advisor were ignored. Finally after they took my car and evaluated it they ordered a door. I was told the door was there and after speaking to Ford directly they assured me a loaner would be available. The dealer would not commit to a loaner so I was forced to contact ford, even though the recall notice stated clearly that if the door needs replaced and rent will be provided. Once I arrived at the dealer I was told that no loaner was available and they would not rent a car. Keep in mind now this has been going on for 3 months and this is their best response. I contacted ford customer care and they then told me something entirely different from all our other conversations. I had to rent a car on my own, it had to be a ford and it could only be 40 dollars a day. Then they would submit a receipt for reimbursement to ford. I went to the rental counter at the dealership and they only rented kia cars, another hurdle for the customer. I finally found a car at Budget for a weekly rental so the rate would be 44 dollars a day. Now it gets even worse. The repair was only supposed to take 4 days max, It took 16 days! The body shop did not even intake the care until 4 days after drop off! After a week I did not trust ford to pay for the entire rental so I dropped off the car at Budget. Budget was great FYI. When my car was completed the dealership said they would drop it off at my home on that Friday in the early afternoon. I sat at home from 1pm until 4pm without any call and finally after calling in multiple times to get a person was told a shuttle was coming to pick me up. so after 4pm on a Friday I find myself on a shuttle going across town to the dealer and getting my car, I lost an entire afternoon to poor customer service. Had I received a phone call I could have made other arrangements to get the car. Weeks go buy and no word on being paid for the rental, which is why I never trusted ford or the dealer to start with. As of this time ford and the dealer are only paying for 6 days at 40 dollars a day, leaving me on the hook for about 100 dollars. Keep in mind they had my car for 16 days. The complete failure of any minimum standard of customer service is blatant and I know from my ford escape owner chat that the owners are getting rentals, sometimes even a new car off the lot is one is not available and almost no one is waiting 16 days for a repair, some are done in less the two days for a door replacement. I fault University ford for this and ford in general for a almost complete lack of customer support. read more

If I could give my experience ZERO stars I would. I used Kelly Blue Book's online tool to sell my car and was contacted by Chris Dornaway from University Ford who was interested in buying my car. When I arrived, he brought his manager out to look at car who ran his hand all over my car, grunted, and then walked away. Chris then came back and quoted me a price literally half what KBB did because the manager got the "heebie jeebies" about my car and insinuated that my car had major damage that I was trying to hide due to one panel on my car being faded. We recently purchased a 2011 Ford Edge, and five days after bringing it home, it is in the shop for about $1000 worth of repairs. Dumb luck had the door ajar sensor fail and stay on even though the door is fully closed. I had to get that fixed due to the battery draining that can accompany the problem. (It's a known potential problem with ford edge vehicles). I had noticed that the brake pedal was a bit squishy and "off," but I didn't know if I was just hyper-aware due to a recent car accident I had with my previous Edge. The mechanic felt the braking issue too when he moved the car into the garage to investigate the door sensor and determined that the master brake cylinder was not working as it was supposed to. You had to push the brake pedal almost to the floor to get the car to stop entirely. Due to the age of the vehicle, it came with no warranty and was an "as is" vehicle. I contacted the dealer about the issue, but they wanted me to bring the car to them to investigate it. I understand that, but it was a 40-minute drive on a major highway with brakes that weren't working as they should. No, thank you. The dealership should have discovered this problem before letting it off the lot, as this could have become a dangerous safety issue. If you are looking for a new car or a more current used car, University Ford Durham is probably okay, but I would suggest that you look elsewhere if you are looking for an older used vehicle. My overall experience with University Ford was poor, when I was looking for a truck they did everything right to get me in the door, the salesman was very attentive in trying to help us, however we were there for 9 hours trying to make a deal, I had already had my mind oN a truck that I wanted and it wasn't there so they kept pushing trucks that wasn't what I wanted, this wasn't the salesman but the manager, they even went so far as to put the package together for me to sign wIthout talking to me about the truck, I was getting frustrated and they finally worked up the truck I went there to get, like I said 9 hours later we left and they were supposed to have the truck theRE and ready for delivery around noon, needless to say they didn't even send anyone to go pick it up until noon. I wound up getting my truck about 8:30 pm that night and then hAd to go to work. I am supposed to get a free service at 5000 miles, they emailed me with aBout a thousand miles to go and wanted to know if I wanted to go ahead and set it up, I replied to the email and after two weeks I hadn't gotten a response back, so I text my salesman about it and two days later he replied with I'll look into it, the next day I still didn't get an answer, so I text again and two days later I got a response go a late after appointment, I replied that working nights I wasn't able to do that, it's into the next week and I'm still waiting on them!! We had a pretty good idea what was wrong with the car and asked what it possibly cost to replace those parts 3 times!!!We did not got an answer for that instead they wanted to sign us to pay for the diagnosis first before they give any estimate. Poor customer service!! Had scheduled an appointment with University Ford in Durham I placed 2 weeks prior. When I pulled in the garage I was not greeted by anyone. I walked how to one of the service advisors and then he stated in a rude irritated voice "Can I help you"? I said yes I have an appointment at 9am. He said What's you name and I gave it to him. He then said , we'll it ain't in here. How did you make your appointment. I said online and I spelled out my name for him. He said " I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME"! Is it in anyone else's name or do you have your confirmation? I tried handing him my confirmation and then he rolled his eyes at me. By this time I had enough of him being rude. I got in my car and left. I feel he didn't like my skin color so I decided to call a manager. The person I got sounded just like the advisor I left with. I told him my name and he stated he doesn't see an appointment. He said "Well its not in my system, bring the vehicle back and Ill set you up with another advisor. So we don't have other Monte's, how did you set you appointment again? And so we are on the same page, your car has to be burning coolant. If its not leaking coolant and we check it, we are going to have to charge you $119.95 for a service fee and we are going to have your vehicle for a while! I can take your VIN and verify it but you must be burning coolant, You have until November to get it done. Bring it back and Ill set you up with another advisor I am very unsatisfied and I felt like this was somewhat racially motivated by the Individual and I don't feel comfortable coming back to this dealership. I feel if I did bring this vehicle back, it will not be repaired properly. I have purchased and assisted purchasing New and used vehicles for past and present jobs and was satisfied every time until now. I was there a couple moths ago looking for another truck for my job and personal use (look it up, its in the system), now I will take our business elsewhere. Im not looking to have my vehicle repaired here and I am done with Ford all together! Fords as of recent, has too many problems and the Techs/service advisors don't want to do the work because it doesn't make any money but its unfair to the consumer. I did nothing wrong here other than shouting 1 profanity because the service writer was having a bad day. I work in customer service as well and know I shouldn't have been treated this way. University Ford - Durham - Appointment not honored - Car Dealers Near Me - Durham, North Carolina

I test drove a Mustang at noon today and told the saleswoman that I was interested but wanted to check everything out budget-wise and make sure my wife was on board, etc. I was also interested in another Mustang at University Ford North but was pretty sure we were too far apart on the numbers to make it work. I was told they had someone coming in at 2pm to look at the car but would let me know if they bought it or not. In the meantime my wife and I decided it was a good deal and we were ready to buy it. I called back about 5 after 2 and asked our sales rep if this other couple had shown up to look at the car. She said they weren't there so we told her we wanted the car and were ready to come down and buy it. We were invited to come down and get the paperwork started. We arrived at 2:45 only to see another couple looking at the car. We were told they had just driven up. This was the 2pm appointment 45 minutes late. I pressed our sales rep about it asking why they were still letting them test drive it when I had committed to the car with her on the phone. We were told they had to honor the appointment but not to worry, we had the "advantage" and a "leg up" because we had driven it earlier and were there ready to start paperwork while the other couple was still out test driving. Except, they never brought us any paperwork. They never even offered us a bottle of water. We were kept waiting for nearly an hour while they were supposedly getting figures ready for us. It was all lies. When the other couple returned, their sales rep brought them in, sat them down, immediately got them some water, and produced paperwork within 2 minutes. Through all of this I kept asking if they were trying to play us against each other and kept getting a song and dance about how they had to be fair and at least let them drive the car. Why? I had the down payment ready to go! Both our sales rep and the used car sales manager lied to us openly about selling us this car. The general sales manager then told us they "had to" give the other couple first right of refusal because they had made the appointment. They didn't care that we had committed to buying the car 45 minutes before they even arrived. The fact that they never produced any paperwork for us to look at proves they never intended to sell us the car before letting this other couple look at it and refuse it. They invited us down under false pretenses and treated us like dirt the entire time we were there. I've never been disrespected like this at any other dealership in my life. I visited this location on 11/09/202 @4:45pm to view a 2015 Nissan Sentra they had on the lot. Car was visibly dirty, had a scratches and some corrosion build up on the battery. Despite all of this I was still interested in test driving it. 3 seconds into the test drive you hear a deep rumbling noise when accelerating, the gas pedal is vibrating intensely and the car feels as if it's having trouble shifting gears. Conditions no sane person would feel safe driving in. Upon returning to the lot, I alert a sales rep of the issues and she gets a general manger of sales named WAHID NAZARI to come and speak with me. Wahid ADMITS that his mechanics did not look into nor service this issue upon their initial test drive yet still tries to convince me that the car is "safe". I ask him how can you morally say the car is safe after admitting you have no knowledge of the issue nor what's causing it ? He tries to talk in circles around my question and is addressing everything EXCEPT what I'm asking about. Terrible attitude as a GM and has definitely proven himself to be untrustworthy and someone who is okay with placing people in UNSAFE cars. He was zero help, if it wasn't for the amazing sales representative who apologized many times for his attitude after he walked away this would be a zero star review. Very disappointed in his words and how he as a General Manger chose to handle the situation. Would NOT recommend working with him to my worst enemy. read more

I bought 2 cars from this dealership. I had an issue of the steering wheel/ ignition locking up and 1 of the 2 keys that came with truck actually broke while trying to start it. I am still within the 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty (31000) and they are saying "since we can't replicate what happened we have to charge you". Oh and sorry if you're outside of the warranty we "might" be able to get Ford to do something. What's the point of a warranty when the dealership you bought it from won't fix the issue. I purchased a vehicle from University Ford on 8/9/19. I am in the service, and I was sold GAP Insurance, only to be told afterwards that I am not eligible for GAP due to being a servicemember and that I had to come back in to sign new paperwork. That was fine--it's a simple mistake. When I went back in to sign the new paperwork, I was told that my trade in would be paid off the same day. It is now 9/17. My trade in has not been paid off. The payoff has not even been mailed. It is over 5 weeks since I bought my new vehicle and now I am paying on two vehicles. I called this morning and was told it would be situated today...we'll see about that. This is absolutely unacceptable and I'll never purchase from this dealership again. read more

So, I'm trying my best to not write this review from a place of anger. I am however very disappointed in the lack of quality in the vehicle I purchased from this dealership in November 2023. I did my best to search out and find what I thought was a good used vehicle since I could not afford a new car payment. I had always heard that buying from an established dealership was the safest choice. A little over a month after the purchase I begin to hear a noise from the engine. When I brought it up to the staff at University Ford I was told to make an appointment next door with University Kia. I took the vehicle to them but since the van was no longer making the "noise" I was told I would have to bring it back and leave it. The technicians never looked at the vehicle. Fast forward to Jan 8th when I took the same vehicle to Deacon Jones Kia in Fayetteville. They took the time to look at the van and determined there were some major issues and suggested I take it back to where I purchased it. So, on the 9th, I took my van back to University Kia. After 3 weeks the vehicle was returned to me with a list of issues that had been addressed. Thankfully the warranty covered the repair and some might say I should be satisfied. My issue is when I purchased the vehicle I did so with the understanding that all issues had been properly identified on the carfax. After speaking with a manager at University Ford I was led to believe that somehow these issues only manifested after I purchased the vehicle. I just find that hard to believe. The bottom line is that had someone told me that the alternator had been damaged in a wreck that happened before I bought it or that there was debris in my radiator that caused all of the hoses to collapse a month after I purchased it I would have kept looking. I came to this dealership because I needed reliable transportation for me to take care of my elderly disabled parents. I do not feel that it is what I purchased. So, I am very disappointed and disheartened by this entire process. I guess the moral is if you cannot afford the $700 a month payment for a new vehicle then you get what you get. read more

Dropped off my call for a service recall. Called months in advanced and gave my car requirements to the customer service rep. After dropping of my car and arranging transportation from the dealership to work, I got a call that it would be an extra $150 to have the service done on my car. The attendant who checked in my vehicle nor the attendant who scheduled the appointment made me aware of this special charge. I would never recommend using this dealership. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new to me Audi RS3 from University Ford in Durham. I found the car by navigating through the Capital Subaru of Greenville website. This part of the experience ended up being the most frustrating since I had purchased a car through CSG before and this time around I didn't hear from them. Long story short, I found the car on University Ford's website and ended up contacting them directly. I didn't realize they were all all in the same network of dealerships. Anyway, I contacted University and quickly heard back from their sales consultant, David Eagan. David was very honest from the get go. I told him everything that I wanted from the get go and he was able to make everything happen. I live about 3 hours away and the team at University Ford was very accommodating. I had my financing ready to go and agreed to terms before I left my house. All I had to do was show up and give the car a drive and look it over. When I showed up, I was greeted with smiles and warm welcomed from everyone I came in contact with. It was a busy day but nobody was too busy to say hello or ask if I needed anything. The car was exactly as it was described. David and I took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it. Once we got back to the dealership, I looked it over in great detail. There were a few items that I noticed. First being the tire pressure light came on and the other being a small dribble of oil on the plastic engine cover below the engine. I wasn't too concerned with the tire pressure light but was really concerned with the oil. Before I could even ask about it, David quickly sprung into action and had the service technicians put the car on the lift to check it out. He halted the signing and financing talks until the car was cleared by the service team. He was mostly concerned with my experience and obviously me making it home without incident. After about an hour or so, the car was good to go. The tire pressure light was due to the tires being deflated and then inflated with nitrogen and the car had to be reset to the new tire pressure. The oil dribble was from when they did the oil change. They mentioned that all used cars get fresh oil changes and fluids replaced prior to being put up for sale. I made note of that and we moved on to finalizing the deal. Mario in financing was gray to work with as well. During our chat he recommended that I try the South American food place down the road. (El Chapin, it was really good) Once I signed everything, David met Mario and I in the lobby and he handed me the key to my new car. Done deal. Overall I had a great experience with University Ford and would highly recommend them. They exceeded all of my expectations. Please don't hesitate to get a new or used vehicle from University Ford in Durham! You won't regret it. read more

They are a bunch of crooks. Went there to look at a Highlander. Autotrader said it had 39,000 miles. Apparently it had 139,000 miles. I ended up buying a 2010 Escape at 90,000 miles. I was not made aware that it was AS IS until I was sitting in front of the Finance Manager. At no time did they disclose that anything was wrong with the vehicle. I questioned about a vibration. I was told it was normal. I take the car home and discovered that the cd player didn't work, the AC blows hot air when its 85 degrees out, and the vibration isn't normal. Sadly the warranty we got doesn't cover it. I looked at the car history and found that it had flood damage. This was not disclosed to me verbally or written. Do not buy from them. read more

The Bad: Do not give them your phone number or email address when you are shopping for a car, purchasing a car, or getting service because they will spam you forever. Even after you ask them to stop over and over, they will spam you until you change email addresses and phone numbers. They don't give a damn about your privacy or marketing preferences. The Good: The service that I have done here over the years has gone well. The folks are courteous. The Good: The sales process was good, though as with any dealer, you are better off selling your car yourself trade in will be undervalued (and I am talking wholesale trade-in, I was not expecting retail trade-in value). The sales person knew what I wanted and followed up with me when it became available. The Not-So-Good: It used to be fast and easy to schedule service. There were a number of folks who could do it, mainly the service desk folks themselves. Then someone came up with the "bright" idea in late 2017 that the service desk folks should not take these calls and all the scheduling should be done by one person (this is what I can deduce from my experiences). I tried to make some appointments for service and the one person who apparently handles that was impossible to reach and there is no way to schedule online. This would be a 4-5 star rating if just based on experiences with the sales group, but other parts of the experience were less than ideal. Purchased a new truck that was on order for about a year. The sales folks were great, were communicative and worked to make this a good experience. Dan and David were enjoyable to work with and would be happy to work with them again. David has great attitude and really made me feel he had my best interests at heart and worked to get me the most accurate information he could find. The not so good came from two sources. The service group had a bed install to do and really did not do a great job. They cut out a portion of the liner that did not need to be cut out and didn't drill holes that were supposed to be cut out. The cut was not very good. The sales group compensated by charging me less for the liner, so that goes back to good customer service overall, but for a brand new truck, the quality of work was important and this was a miss. The second issue was a bit more troubling. When I was working out the payment details with the finance person, he told me that the hybrid warranty only covered the battery and nothing else, then proceeded to pitch an extended warranty that would cover all parts, bumper to bumper. The hybrid warranty actually covers much more than that battery, so it appeared that he was misleading to make the extended warranty appear to be critical to owning the vehicle so he could make the sale. He gave me one price, then said he would give me his employee discount, which lowered the price, so standard sales techniques. When I said I was not interested, he began to push and I said I would like to wrap this up, since it was late. He said he didn't mind staying later if it meant that he would make some money on the extended warranty, otherwise he said he would go home without making any money. This implied that he was interested only in making his commission on the sale of the extended warranty and did not have any interest in the value that it did or did not present to me as a customer. Poor end to an otherwise generally good experience. read more

The communication with all including the service manager is so loaded with misinformation and misleading nuance that it becomes clear that it is a bait and switch business model. Topics have been recalls, cost, appointments and loaners. They freely throw each other under the bus to keep you in the dark. Do business with these people only if you have nothing else to do with your time and money. read more

A few years ago I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee..my first car purchase and it was nothing but trouble from day one...I always joked about it being cursed...and after spending a few thousand to fix it I decided I had had enough. Such a great car buying experience!! If you are looking for a new Ford in the area, make the drive to University Ford!! I don't like the car game and I don't like when people aren't upfront with me. I'm a very direct person. At University Ford everyone I worked with was straightforward, no gimmicks, no baloney, and listened to exactly what I wanted and somehow found my needle in a haystack at the exact price (not the usual car dealership baloney of ok I hear the price you want but I got you the car you want for $5 more!) I worked with Ruben and Amber and both were fantastic!!!! Ruben even called on his day off to let me know that they had found my dream car with everything in it I wanted and had secured it from their sister store. Amber communicated and picked up right where Ruben handed off since I wanted to close everything that day when Ruben was off. Amber was so patient with me!!! And everyone at University Ford was SUPER respectful of me being a little covid land cautious due to our fam having some high risk concerns. This dealership was super clean, everyone was patient with me being a pretty direct person and everyone was so fair during a process that is usually quite painful (let's be real, no one loves buying a car). I was sad to let my baby go but glad she'll have a new life in a new owner and am so excited to be in my new wheels. Service department is horrible. Should have checked reviews first. Invented work to be done, they add $46 per invoice on the back page for 'Misc. Charges' which are supposedly addl gov fees but include dealer profit margin as per their sign on the door. They don't tell u about this when quoting! Kept my car for 3 days when it was supposed to take one then had to return and another $500, plus the $46 misc charge again to fix the original problem I brought it in for, and two more days. They wanted to put in a battery but I said I didn't need one and they still instAlled and charged me. What is wrong with 'Bentley' - he is jacking up the sale for higher commissions. Manager claimed they had no customer loaner vehicles but there were at least 5 right out front marked with Customer Courtesy Vehicle. So I'm $1,500 poorer including $94 Misc Charges. Get your car fixed properly elsewhere for a lot less money and hassle. read more

Unfortunately I was a part of their dealer games. Lead to believe they would negotiate the price only to show up and be told its firm. Got up an walked right out. There are more than enough dealers out there that you don't have to deal with ones that still think deception is a good sales tactic. added 6-15-18 The salesman had the audacity to call me the day after I walked out and he said nothing to keep me there and ask me what I was looking to pay. Had I walked out not agreeing on a price sure it would be good idea to give me a call but when I walked out so pissed I would never visit them again it seems pretty stupid to call and waste both of our time. Also have a little pride in your building. It was gross. Stains on the carpet and piles of chipped paint. Oh and I counted 2 razor blades discarded on the floor. At least one wasn't rusty. read more
