That couldn't be further from the truth. They called me around 2 AM saying the job was complete and asked me to send the remaining balance. Just minutes later, my driver reported that the truck was shaking extremely bad. When I called them back, they told my driver to meet them about 10 miles away--only to then say there was nothing they could do. Since then, I have been calling them all morning with no answer. On top of that, my toolbox was stolen off my truck while it was in their possession. This entire experience has been unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable. I paid $4,000 for work that was clearly not done correctly, and now I'm left dealing with additional damage and missing property. If they do not communicate with me ASAP, I will be filing a civil suit and taking this matter to court. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

While I was there I mentioned I had smelled a burning rubber smell recently so asked them to check it. They said it looked like my transmission was leaking so they referred me to Cottman's. I didn't know they normally require appointments so I just went in yesterday afternoon and explained the situation to the woman at the front desk. The owner was in the back and heard what I said and told her I needed to be moved to the front of the line. If I truly had a leak it was extremely flammable so he wanted them to immediately check it instead of sending me away to come back later because there was a chance my car could catch on fire and he didn't want to risk that happening. A mechanic immediately came and checked my car. After their inspection they said I had a few oil leaks, it wasn't my transmission and I could drive it without risk of it catching on fire. They referred me to the mechanic next door since they don't fix oil leaks there. While I didn't end up getting anything done, I really appreciated their sense of urgency and concern. The inspection they did was free which was nice. If I have any transmission issues in the future (which fingers crossed I don't) I would absolutely come back here.

Their pricing system does not match Firestone's website and there are no posted prices available to you when you are in the store, so you're expected to take their word for it on any price they want to give you. Even if the tire name on the invoice does not match the tires they installed on your car, you're supposed to believe them. Take in printouts or show them on your smartphone what the correct prices are for the specific tires they're installing. They will try to convince you that you are wrong about what is listed online, gaslighting you and treating you like you're crazy, so the burden is on you to provide proof. I had to send screenshots of the correct prices to their corporate office in order to get the issue resolved. Manager complained to me that if they get bad surveys, they don't get paid as much. Well, if you're overcharging all your customers, and only a few customers catch it, then that should make up for the difference in pay!
