Looks like it has not been swept or mopped in months. --The place is in terrible disrepair. Tiles missing, chunks of wall missing. --Today was fine (not hot out), but the last time I was there-- NO A/C. Unbelievable. I feel bad for the people who work there. It appears as though she is going out of her way to purposefully inconvenience the customers and I have observed this on more than a few occasions. I personally believe that she might have a mental health issue because she seems "off." Something is definitely not right with her. My advice is to just go to another location and not try to confront her. It's kinda sad for me to say this but I think the USPS hires a lot of shady people because there are plenty of "Kim's" out there.

I have been to this post office over 12 times this holiday season. For various reasons I was selling things on eBay , I had my Christmas cards to mail and a couple of presents. Everytime I come I'm greeted with a smile they have plenty of help so I never wait long. They give me suggestions on how to save money on my mailings. On top of that all of my packages and letters arrived in a timely manner and I couldn't be more happy.

For a period of time last year, we did not get daily delivery. Some mail went missing (which may not have been the fault of the local office), and now, delivery still seems erratic. Twice I have had a vacation hold on mail, and twice the mail was never delivered, even after receiving an email stating when it would be delivered. When I had an issue with missing bills and requested to speak to the postmaster, I was told he was not in, but could leave a message and he would contact me. No contact, even after a second request. There was a problem with numerous people not receiving their water bills. While this could have been a distribution problem elsewhere, I'll never know because no one bothered to contact me to find out what the problem was. Short of staff? Budget issues? I don't know, but I do know that it is frustrating.

Tenants place all mail that doesn't belong to them for the delivery person to return the mail back to the office it not being taken back it just sitting near the wrong mailbox. I will be contacting the post master in Washington DC regarding my concern.
