Please note that there are no kiosks to purchase stamps or express mail postage; you will need to go to the counter. The hours here are limited than some of the other locations - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (M-F) but they do open earlier. Twice I have had a vacation hold on mail, and twice the mail was never delivered, even after receiving an email stating when it would be delivered. When I had an issue with missing bills and requested to speak to the postmaster, I was told he was not in, but could leave a message and he would contact me. No contact, even after a second request. There was a problem with numerous people not receiving their water bills. While this could have been a distribution problem elsewhere, I'll never know because no one bothered to contact me to find out what the problem was. Short of staff? Budget issues?
