Once I started unpacking boxes and moving items out of my garage, I found significant damage. One antique table that belonged to my grandmother has clearly been mishandled. There are two places where there were shreds of wood on the corner. I was unpacking boxes that were supposed to be books they packed, and I got about halfway through one box and discovered that they threw two glass shadowbox frames in with the books. One of them was shattered. Thankfully it was the one I hadn't yet filled with photos. The other one would have been disastrous since it had photos of my dad who recently passed away. Even novice movers know you don't put glass frames at the bottom of a box of books!!!! I'm seriously afraid to see what else got damaged in the numerous boxes I have yet to unpack. It's pathetic.

Where do I start. Let me say the crew i has was good. Management on the other hand. My appointment…read morewas delayed 5 times yesterday. What was supposed to be a 2 hour window between 9:30-11:30. Then it was 11-1. Then a worker on the team i was supposed to get. Got hurt. So another team had to be chosen who were on another job. That first team called before the injury and said we will be there at 11:10. So it got pushed to 1:30. Then 2:30. They called at 3:30 to say they were on there way. 30 mins away. So 4 o'clock they showed. 3 guys. Was originally 2. But they didn't charge for the 3rd guy. They did their best. When Management called about the 1st delay it was because they were booked. So over 2 hours they got done. I went ahead of them to the apartment. They stopped to get food. Which I was ok with. They worked hard. Got to the apartment a little before 7. And was out before 9:30. The guys did their best as I said. But all the delays really put a setback on my day to get my apartment together. I did move from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom. I haf a plan. There seems to be a high pressure culture for the crews to get online reviews. The team lead repeatedly asked me to post 5 star reviews before the job was done. When one of our friends posted a 4 star review, the team lead would not let up until it was corrected to a 5 star review. He said he would be fired if the 4 star review remained online. It created an uncomfortable tension during an already stressful move. I am grateful for their good hard work, but I would prefer to post a review because of the quality of service, not because I feel pressured to in the moment. The crews should be allowed to do their job without worrying about how many 5 star reviews they can get from the customer.

I used this company for a move into storage and unfortunately discovered that two of my TVs were…read moredamaged when I moved out. The TVs had been placed behind a large mattress during the initial delivery, so I had no way of inspecting them at the time. They remained untouched until the final move out, when the damage was revealed. When I contacted the company, they denied all liability, stating that because the TVs were moved a second time, they couldn't determine when the damage occurred. Despite explaining that the TVs were inaccessible and untouched in storage, they refused to take any responsibility. It's incredibly frustrating to work with a company that doesn't stand behind the quality or care of their service--especially when items are clearly mishandled and then hidden in a way that prevents proper inspection. I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience. I'm reporting them to BBB
