We initially had a great experience with Handy Hero. Roman was punctual, professional, and fixed…read moreseveral items during the first visit. We were pleased. However, he couldn't repair one cabinet hinge due to a broken piece and asked us to purchase a replacement. In the meantime, he adjusted the other hinges that were working fine, which made the cabinet doors function worse than before. On his second visit, he said the part we bought wasn't correct, took a sample with him to purchase the right one, and again left the doors misaligned. After multiple calls and messages over several weeks, we've received no follow-up and no return visit to complete the job. It's disappointing because the first impression was so positive. We were hoping for a better outcome and a repair company we could rely on for years to come. Unfortunately, the job remains unfinished and our cabinets are now in worse shape than when he started.

He showed up right on time, was professional, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Roman helped us mount a TV in our bedroom and fix a drain issue in one of our sinks. He made sure everything was clean when he finished. His pricing was also very fair--no surprises, just honest work. We're glad we found Roman and will be calling him again for future projects.
