He showed me how the wires were actually burning and were a fire hazard before due to pulling so much power to the same outlet. He also hard-wired a new power strip in my office and another in my bedroom, replacing the tangled and unsightly mess of extension cords. Everything looks so much neater and organized. I contacted Ray on a Sunday via Yelp and to my surprise, he replied within the hour and we made a plan to touch base on Monday. I told him what I needed, sent photos of the space, and he offered to have one of his team (David) come out to do the job that same week on Thursday! I couldn't believe the turn around. He offered a fair and very reasonable price for the entire job. Ray and David were prompt at the time they said they'd arrive. Ray pointed out yellowing in one of the bathroom ceilings and since I had the ceiling paint in the condo already, he offered to add this to the job without extra charge. David brought one other team member with him and they were exceptional. Very professional, super friendly, and clearly took significant pride in their work. Petr and his team completed a ~400 sq ft basement finishing project in our come within about 2.5-3 days. From the moment we called to the time the work was completed, it was about 1 week start (quote sent and reviewed) to finish (work completed and paid). They sanded and perfected trim and recently replaced drywall, and primed and painted walls, ceiling, and trim. They were able to use the specific paint brand, quality and color that we selected without a significant price increase. We felt they offered a great value and we appreciated that they offered a discount for cash. Petr came in the beginning and at the end to ensure we were satisfied with the work quality. Angel gave one of the most competitive quotes of the several I gathered and was available within the timeframe I needed, his crew came a week earlier than he originally said which was even better. They did a pretty good job trying to protect everything from the dust drywall creates and the end result looks like the walls and ceiling were never tore up in the first place. One thing that they could have done better is cleaning up afterwards, there was some drywall plaster that was on my glass door and a few paint spots that probably transferred from a wet spot on their clothes while they were walking around removing the drop cloth and floor protectors.
