Very neat--full cleanup at the end of every day. They were also very responsive and did more than they had agreed to, as we kept finding new areas that needed touch ups. Thomas Restoration came in about 20% cheaper than the other Oak Park premium painter (Ronbo). We tried to get a proposal from another "Oak Park" firm (which is actually just an Oak Park mail drop) and they never even came back with a proposal. Twelve years ago, we had the house painted and went cheap and regretted it. We definitely got our moneys worth with Thomas Restoration. Highly recommend.

The power wash alone made my deck look great. They moved everything off the deck. Within a week it was sanded and stained. Again they moved everything off and did a great job. I would use them again. I also feel Eric went above and beyond: he scraped old poster gum off the walls of our basement, caulked some loose wood, and moved furniture. The price asked was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. The basement is now ready for my younger daughter to stay in. Eric was a great communicator and always got back to me quickly if I had any questions. He and his colleague who was here are both honest and hard workers. Sean's men leave everything in pristine condition. I've had a not-so-good experience with a contractor years ago, so I know from experience that Sean and his team deliver really top-notch quality work. Result was that I had to hire someone else to redo the work properly. Kudos to Sean for his honesty, but really? I will never hire him again, and, of course, will never recommend him.
