I've been coming to this salon for over 7+ years and they have NEVER failed me or my Eyebrows!!! Puspa is so friendly, kind & most importantly caring and this definitely translates to her Craft!!! Looking for a place offering eyebrow services closer in the area and Yelp had me check out Unique Salon! With the high ratings I decided to stop in as my brows needed to be cleaned up! A little after 2:30p on Wednesday and I knew this salon was great from the amount of people waiting (we were all walk ins), two before me and two more people after me. Puspa greeted everyone who came in and washed her hands after each customer. With the A/C going and casual ambience, it was not a problem to wait as Puspa is very fast compared to other salons I have been to and gentle too. She consistently asks if the pain is too much and if you want anything else done, as I got my brows threaded, trimmed and my upper lip done too. With her fast work, my brows and upper lip are super clean and smooth! While waiting I saw male customers come in for their brows and was surprised as the other salons I haven been to, did not have male clients frequently. Being in the Big Lots complex for almost 4 years, this salon is highly underrated!

Fast, cheap & most importantly AMAZING! I had to let my eyebrows grow in for a long time due to another shop (eternity esthetics) messing them up sooooo badly! The owner of Unique Salon was so nice & understood how frustrating it was for my eyebrows to look how they did. She talked me through what she was doing; had me check numerous times to be sure it was what I wanted & explained why she didn't do certain things so that my brows would start growing back in the right way. Not exactly sure what all the hype is about. The service was ok. I've definitely had better brow threading. Perhaps, it was rushed because it was busy with people waiting. I personally don't think this is an excuse but it's probably why I didn't get the quality service that I expected. Good to hear that many have found their "spot"...I'll keep looking until I find mine. read more

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Puspa is amazing at threading. She always makes sure you are comfortable and pleased with the final results. She is very professional and extremely friendly. I purchased the 3 month unlimited package. I go back approximately every 2 weeks to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. This is my go-to place. Absolutely LOVE Puspa at Unique Threading Salon. My brows really needed work after being grown out for SO long. I walked in with the intention of just getting my eyebrows done and walked out with the 6 month membership because I loved how good my brows looked. My brows had literally no shape to them and had random hairs and now there is a nice arch to them. Regular price for eyebrow threading is $12. For the 6 month membership, it's $50 for 6 times, so a little more than $8 each time which is a great deal! read more

I've been coming here since it opened and I love getting my eyebrows down by Puspa but since she has a newborn there's new girls there which I was kind of skeptical about but I got my eyebrows down with Pooga I believe is her name and she did what I asked for on my brows and they look great! Best threading I've had done in Oregon so far! Definitely coming back and getting the the membership. Which is totally worth it! I came in with uneven brows, trying to grow out the tail and thickness on one of them. The lady here was able to realize that without me saying anything and shaped the other to match the thinner one without taking too much thickness away! She was very nice and did a wonderful job. Puspa is AMAZING! She is so kind and remembers me each time I come in and does an outstanding job with my eyebrows. I try to come in every 2ish weeks and I have really began to see a major different in my eyebrows. They are sharper, and way more symmetrical than when I first came to her. If you've never gone to Puspa, you must and I promise you will never go anywhere else. She knows exactly what she's doing and I trust her 100%. I went here today to try it out for the first time. It was amazing! I have been going to Angel Nails next door for waxing & wanted to try something new, so i went here. The timing was perfect she did take her time to shape them & was super fast at it. She also asked how I wanted them, which i never got from Angel Nails, they would just shape them for me. I forgot to ask for her name, but she was incredible at her job. We had good conversation. Love it here already i found my new favorite place for eyebrow threading! I love this place!!!! I get my eyebrows threaded by pusha she is so talented and gives u any shape of eyebrows you ask for... She closes at 6pm and due to my work schedule I couldn't get there on time but it was a must to get my eyebrows done for my vocation she stayed open an extra 20 mins just for me. I was recommended by a friend to visit Unique Threading in Aloha Oregon in the Aloha Mall. I was very impressed by the work Puspa the owner of the shop did on my eyebrows as she sculptured them just as I wanted. The shop is very clean an so very friendly. I will recommend all my friends that need hair removal to visit Puspa. From what I can see this is a lot better procedure in removing unwanted hair than waxing. read more

They signed me up for a membership without my consent!! I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here…read morefor years I have loved their services. I checked my account and notice a charge for $29.99 for December and January for a membership that I never agreed to. I had my eyebrows threaded back in November 2025 they asked for me to put my information on their iPad as usual when you pay which I think it's weird they ask for email phone number and your name I paid I gave them a tip and somehow they signed me up for a membership that I didn't even know they had I don't even know what the membership covers. I went to get a refund and talk to them about it 1/11/26 they said they couldn't help me the worker there was having a hard time understanding there was a language barrier she told me to call the manager and gave me his number I called the manager the next day he told me he couldn't help me he told me to email corporate and tell them what happened and ask for a refund. It's frustrating to know that they aren't willing to help when it's obviously their fault. Please be careful. check your accounts.

She cleaned up some asymmetry, gave them a more natural shape, and didn't go overboard on thinning them - a #1 factor for someone with quite a lot of brow at stake :) You might have to wait a bit for walk-ins but it's worth it. You'll be glad when they're spending as much time on you as they did on the customer before you! She said they don't do laminations. I told her Grace and their pricing sheet said they do. She then said that yes, they do laminations but they often don't come out well. She was, for some reason, discouraging me from getting my brows done there and clearly did not want to help me. I walked out very dissatisfied and disappointed with her customer service or lack thereof. I'm not sure if it's because I'm African American - but she was very unwilling to help me. What a shame

The salon was clean but definitely smells of nail salon chemicals. Doors were open to allow air flow but better ventilation is needed. I won't be back.
