She was with another client when I walked in and another was waiting in the seats. She didn't acknowledge that another client had just sat down and continued to chat with the client in the chair. When she was done, she acknowledged me and the gal in the seats and asked if we had an appointment. I said no and this somewhat was a big deal. She kept repeating Saturday is busy and she is all booked for the day. Then after she had the next client in the chair she started to say maybe she can fit me in between -- when I was the only one who seemed to be waiting? I've gotten my eyebrows threaded before and it usually takes 10 min? Also I don't know if I ever had to make an appointment. The client in the seat only got her eyebrows and lip done, which took about 10-15 min. After she was done with that client, she said she could take me. I probably won't come here regularly only as a last resort. Her prices are the highest in the area too. Looks like there are other threading salons in the area that offer the same service at the same quality for a lower price.

I have seen chiropractors in the past and I have to say he's one of the best. He completely caters his care to my specific needs at each session. He changes his adjustments depending on how I'm feeling in that moment and has helped me navigate this accident situation. He has referred me out to specialists who have all been kind, understanding professionals in their fields and I can't say enough good things about him. In addition to an amazing chiropractor I have also seen the message therapist Alondra who is an expert in her field as well. She always know exactly how to stretch and message each muscle group to get the maximum benefit and I always leave her feeling relaxed and renewed. Align and shine has so much to offer in their offices that after starting here for a car accident I've also booked appointments with Hannah to have facials done. My skin in always dewey and fresh after I see her and I have seen lasting results in between my appointments with her. She's also such a happy person it's hard not to be in a good mood when you see her. Shayna at the front desk is always smiling and always fun to talk to while I'm waiting for my appointments. To be told she no longer works there and that they don't even have an appointment scheduled for me and they could give me a different appointment. No apology! They were so rude. There were like 6 waxers just sitting in the lobby doing nothing when they informed me they couldn't honor my appointment. Do not go here, this place is toxic and the women running it are stuck up and don't know how to do their jobs. If something gets messed up they don't take responsibility, just blame it on corporate.
