Instead of providing clear information to help me see if they offered the right service for my needs, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and kept aggressively pushing me to book a consultation just to get answers. When I asked to speak to someone who could actually explain the services, I was met with the exact same script. Refusing to answer straightforward questions about skincare treatments and pushing a consultation instead is poor customer service. I took my business elsewhere. It is a super red flag if a business cannot clearly explain what they are offering. You are not wrong for wanting to know info on what you're paying for and what will be going onto your face or body? I'm not spending time for a consultation without being fully informed to make sure a consultation at your business is even what I'm looking for. That is why people ask questions. Please do better.

Normally American botox causes my face to react with a small outbreak of pimples at the injection site. It also made my face feel heavy for some time after injection. I came here because they use a Korean version of Botox (nabota) and I wanted to compare the difference. With nabota my skin reacted great, and I began to see results in just 2 days Not to mention, nurse Christy is fabulous and has created some wonderful skin tightening elixirs. The receptionist was very responsive and honest about this and was able to explain it in full detail with tips as well. Chiro: Very good! I've gone to many practices. I only have one other that I love. This place is great for your typical chiropractic needs. They have a good assessment and take their time getting to know you and your body's needs. I've been a client at Celebrity Med Spa since 2022, but my experience has unfortunately been disappointing and frustrating. I initially trusted this place, but over time, I noticed a consistent lack of professionalism and a strong bias in favor of their staff often at the expense of customer care. On Women's Day, I was given the wrong package and double-charged. When I brought it to their attention, instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering an appropriate resolution, they offered me a $450 facial I didn't need. The staff was not properly trained, and my appointments were frequently canceled often at the last minute with no regard for my time or schedule. During calls to reschedule, I was repeatedly talked over and not allowed to express my concerns. One staff member continued speaking without letting me respond, and when I voiced that clients deserve to be heard, I was met with hostility. It became clear that they prioritized their team over their clients, which is concerning for any customer-focused business. When I mentioned that certain areas were left untreated during a session, the response I got was defensive "I have 20 years of experience, I know what I'm doing" instead of listening or addressing the issue. During a snowstorm, they canceled my 8:00 AM appointment with a message sent at 7:46 AM, focusing only on the safety of the staff and not even acknowledging the inconvenience to the customer. This was after I had already started driving in dangerous conditions. When I politely raised concerns about the consistent disregard and communication issues, I was told that I was the problem. The entire conversation shifted to defending staff behavior instead of addressing valid client concerns. I was essentially forced to end my service due to the lack of respect and understanding. It's disheartening to feel dismissed, talked over, and discriminated against. I also noticed a pattern where positive feedback is welcomed, but any complaint results in pushback or being made to feel unwelcome. They strongly encourage tipping and link discounts to gratuities, which feels more like pressure than appreciation. Sadly, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this spa. I hope they reflect on how they treat clients--especially those from diverse backgrounds and work on building a culture that values respectful, two-way communication. Biased, discriminated, disrespectful. For them only staff is important. They do not want their staff to fell uncomfortable. but they are totally happy to if the client is uncomfortable.

Lemons to Lemonade because I enjoyed my first visit here. The lobby is spacious to distance out from other clients waiting for their appointments. The place itself is somewhat hard to find, I thought I'd taken a wrong turn because my GPS had me turn, so I did, but I only saw apartments and some retail businesses across from where it looked like Amelie is. Turns out it is indeed there but for me was to my left, not my right when turning in from the road. I got some botox with Nikki and loved how she walked through everything, showed me the muscle groups, before and afters and overall was personable yet professional. I have a touch-up appointment coming up because I do think there is some slight drooping in my eye area due to where we placed some forehead injections but we were both on the same page with where/why that could happen, and since I wanted to try it it's really not a big deal. I just can tell my eyebrows seem to slightly droop over my upper eyelids more than usual.
