She kept repeating Saturday is busy and she is all booked for the day. Then after she had the next client in the chair she started to say maybe she can fit me in between -- when I was the only one who seemed to be waiting? I've gotten my eyebrows threaded before and it usually takes 10 min? Also I don't know if I ever had to make an appointment. The client in the seat only got her eyebrows and lip done, which took about 10-15 min. After she was done with that client, she said she could take me. I probably won't come here regularly only as a last resort. Her prices are the highest in the area too. Looks like there are other threading salons in the area that offer the same service at the same quality for a lower price.
