CORRECT, and they helped me load the garbage truck! This company saved me just $175 on this service alone! I will call them on all my disposal needs!

I have had the pleasure of working with Guido, Paul and the Dinverno team for 3+ years and they are the absolute best vendor I have worked with for waste removal. Their drivers are highly skilled and knowledgeable, they can make it through small alleys and busy loading docks to get the job done. Guido and Paul are excellent and always helps our team out with not only pickup requests but even creative problem solving and projects where we need an open top delivered and dumped multiple times daily. Just one call will get you where you need to be! No call centers or multiple account reps to waste your time. If you're looking for world class service and the best there is...go with Dinverno Group

They didn't even show up until AFTER 7pm. When it started raining, they started rushing. My grass was left looking completely uneven, and they didn't even do a proper cleanup. The lack of professionalism is what really got me. It took days for them to even answer my messages. They eventually agreed to come back and fix it, but it's been 10 days now and they haven't followed up or even tried to get me back on the schedule. It's wild to take someone's money and run off knowing the job wasnt done right. I definitely won't be supporting them again.

The lawn was a total mess before he cleaned it all up, trimmed all the bushes and even our tree, and made the edges of the grass look really nice, and cleared out all the weeds. I was told I'd have to wait a few days before anyone could fix it. I called Mrs. Melisa Murdock and sent her the pictures for my backyard to clean the brush and small branch piles. She suggested to come to the site and give me a price. On 9/24/2025 Mr. & Mrs. Murdock came to the site, I and Jeremy Walked the site, and he gave me a price of $1200, I accepted it, and the same day sent them $500 via Zelle. On 9/26/2025 Jeremy with his crew came in and started the cleanup, at 2:00PM he called me and said they are not able to finish it is it okay if they come on Monday the 29th and finish it I told him yes. Around 4:30 called me and started to say that the brush is more than what he thought it will be and gave me a price for! and I need to pay him additional $1200. I told him no. Then he asked me to give him at least additional $600, I told him no, finally Mr. and Mrs. Murdock and I agreed for additional $300 to finish the cleanup on Monday 09/29/2025. Mr. and Mrs. Murdock demanded that I pay them the balance of $700 on 9/26/2025, I did give them a check for that amount. On Monday I texted Jeremy and he texted back that they are not coming. So, they cleaned up only 1/3 of the backyard, very disappointed with Clean Out Galore.

I hired Ed Benavides to help me with my Allstate fire Claim that happened 12/26/2018. I did not…read morehire him until after my first lowball settlement check was sent to me in my name alone from Allstate before hiring Ed. Ed Benavides gave me poor advice and told me not to accept it and send it back to Allstate. So I did. It was only so Ed could charge me 8% on all settlement checks even this very first check. This is not good advice that is looking out for my best interest of his customer. It was in his best interest only! Next, from the time I signed on the dotted line of hiring Ed Allstate sent Ed the final payout checks. Two checks one equaling $140,000 and one $27,000. I only owed Ed $10,000. He held both of my large Allstate settlement checks for well over 6 months or so not at all looking out for my best interest. I was unable to put my home back together in a timely manner and Allstate would no longer pay for my rental because my problems with my public adjuster was not their problems whether my home was done or not. This caused me great hardship and grief. Ed caused me extreme mental anguish for a very very long time. He is not looking out for the best interest of us vulnerable customers looking for help.. He is only looking to get as much money as he can get in any shape or form no matter what it takes in his own best interest no matter if it hurts your livelihood or not. He had me sign a release form that in one paragraph states I'm not to make a bad review about their company or I will be sued. I fell for this tactic for a while but I came to my senses 2.5 years later realizing that if all my statements are true I cannot be sued. I just want to share my horrible experience with the public. I do not want anyone going through what I went through. PS Amy Edward's bad review is very accurate of my experience as well.
