Greko not only took our work on, they produced a product that exceeded all of my expectations! They took my rough drafts and produced a final product that looked like a million bucks! 've used Greko for my printing needs for almost 2 years. Because of the nature of the business I was contracted to, I needed everything as fast as possible, and Greko made sure I had my prints within about a day, and on occasion the same day. I also used them for my own photography business, and they ALWAYS came through for me. As you probably know, the measure of a company isn't when everything is right, fast and perfect. But when there is a wrench thrown into the process. Greko came out on top when that happened too. If something was wrong, it was fixed IMMEDIATELY and without any kind of .. well.. attitude for lack of a better word. They were always apologetic, and always right on top of getting it right. I don't write very many reviews. It's not in my nature to do that. I tell people how much I like them in person or on Facebook and other sites, but sometimes, going out of my way to write a review is something I should be doing. It helps. Working with Greko on and off for the last few years has been a dream. Fast, efficient, never any issues or problems and never anything I could say negatively about their printing. They are an amazing group of people and are always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Writing comic books since 2007, it can be difficult to find people willing to work and to go the extra mile to help you get something done in time for a comic book show. And Greko always goes above and beyond to get a comic or poster printed up and ready and shipped to me in time for the show. I've used their service so many times and I've never been treated poorly or treated like a hassle or like a problem. They've treated me fairly, openly, and honestly. Looked at the store hours to find they are open Mon - Fri only from 8am till 6pm. I get out of work early and arrive at the shop at 4:50pm only to find that there are no sales staff there that can write a quote or start my order because they leave earlier than the store closes. So I guess most of there clients take a day off from work to get there printing done. That won't be me. I will find a place open on Saturday or at least has staff that works till close. Picture a restaurant that is open for Lunch but all there chefs left at ten in the morning. read more
