Either they've "never heard of it" before, or "don't know where to find it." I get the idea the management doesn't equip their employees with the knowledge to do much else except mail packages. He did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the progress of my new baby (I only had 7 miles with it between dealership and Venture Grafix) and I was pretty grateful. Payment was simple and Ray was awesome about providing any information I asked for. (I have a lot of questions) The Wrap: The technician Devan definitely knows his stuff. His work is top notch, removing handles and mirrors, etc., and the finish is gorgeous! I'm happy to say that my truck is everything I hoped for in the end and worth every penny in my opinion.
