These guys are really condescending but also completely clueless. It almost felt like they were…read morereal-life rage baiters. Yelling at customers to scan their own packages for Amazon returns but the machine wasn't working so it continued to print out "see agent labels" and the owner (I presume) was annoyed that the customers needed service. It was actually kind of comical until I had to interact with him. I told the man packing my stuff (presume it was the owner because I can't imagine an employee yelling at customers the way he did) that these items were sentimental (my grandpas's cowboy hat) and asked to have the items bubble wrapped and paid like $50 for it! When the box arrived the glass items were in bubble wrapped but not appropriately wrapped so the glass was everywhere in the box. My glass items were broken and my grandpa's hat was not wrapped at all, and neither were my ceramics! The hat was smashed by a heavy cardboard box (with a drill in it) that they had just placed on top of the hat. These people are completely incompetent and ruined all of my irreplaceable stuff. Do not bring anything of value here.

He did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the progress of my new baby (I only had 7 miles with it between dealership and Venture Grafix) and I was pretty grateful. Payment was simple and Ray was awesome about providing any information I asked for. (I have a lot of questions) The Wrap: The technician Devan definitely knows his stuff. His work is top notch, removing handles and mirrors, etc., and the finish is gorgeous! I'm happy to say that my truck is everything I hoped for in the end and worth every penny in my opinion. Bonus: If you visit the shop you get to meet Bella, who may be the sweetest dog you'll ever be trapped by. Yes, she will sit or lay on your feet so you can't leave. Yes, you will be obligated to give pets. Don't believe the words? Fine, look through the pictures and meet Ursula! "Poor unfortunate souls..."
