One of the women who worked on our pieces has 20 years of experience and it shows in the quality of the embroidery. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline! My team tends to like swag as an alternative to lunch here and there, since it lasts longer. I worked with one of the designers on site, who recommended the size and width across the chest for the text. He helped me look at the right text for my team's name. The hoodie sweatshirts were a good thicker quality. The text has held up nicely after many washes for the team so far. The price per hoodie was reasonably priced given the higher quality of the hoodies I had picked for my team. The hoodies were done within a week or so. My team really liked them and still wears them often at work to date. Quite cozy for a Friday casual look. I also recently had some all black and all navy trucker hats made for my team with our team department name embroidered on them. They came out nice and were a hit with my team. From a personal standpoint, this had been my go to for custom polos, hoodies, blouses, jackets, tees and caps too. I haven't had a bad experience so far and every custom item I have had the team make has come out so nicely and is well done too.
