What a great store! My grandson is going to camp and we needed a couple of shirts for him. Ordering what we needed online was so easy and they called me the next day to let me know that two were in stock and one needed to be ordered, but that they expected it in on Tuesday. Pretty disappointed with my Father's Day order. 2 shirts, had to order a pocket T-Shirt?? Ok. Came in, one was dirty, the other mis-spelled. I took the blame for that. Said no big deal, they could remove it and fix. great! 10.00. perfect. Went to pick up and the shirt and it was grossly marked with the previous ink. I cannot believe they'd give a customer that!! I had to go buy another gift. Why in the world wouldn't they let me know, instead of delivering a pile of junk? I'll never go back. read more

Earlier today I went to pick up a duplicate of an old shirt that was about thirty years old. He did it wonderfully. I asked for a bigger shirt size and he fit the picture perfectly! Even though he was unable to get a copy of the picture to put on the shirt from online he still kept working. He took a picture from the shirt directly and made it perfect for my husband! Honestly, very questionable customer service. I walk into the place, which I have been going to for years to get shirts ,pants, socks, all types of things done. Always treated nicely, but usually I am accompanied with my mother. This time I was by myself, on my own venture. I had called about a week ago and asked if I could have a couple of vinyl stencils made and I was told to come in and they would price it out for me but it should be able to be done. So I come in today and ask the same thing and he says , while pointing to the tables behind him and laughing a little , "I have all of THIS to do, I'm sorry I can't do any little orders, but if you were to come in and order 100 shirts that's something I can do for you, just come back in August." So just because I'm not spending hundreds of dollars I'm not a valuable customer. Lol ok, plus why would I want to order 100 shirts and you can't help with a couple sheets of measly vinyl... this is supposed to be a local business. But I guess they only do "big" orders now #toobadforthelittleguys 2stars for being good I'm the past but I would give 1 star to the establishment in the present. read more

So, as I was packing up the team gifts, I got to the bottom of the box and two of the gifts had stars next to the swimmers name, which denotes captain, that shouldn't have. When I rechecked the list I gave them, we made the mistake with one, they made a mistake with the other. We called and they said to bring them in and they would remove the stars. The had them ready the following morning and you would never have known they were ever even there. Fantastic job again!! read more

Brody's did a great job with the customized t-shirts I had made up for my chiropractic office. Mark was very helpful getting everything set up just the way I wanted it and their prices were very competitive with other businesses as well. Brody's was recommended to me by one of their competitors because I was looking to create custom t-shirts, using photographs. The simple fact that a competitor business pointed me to Brody's led me to believe these folks must have been running a solid business. When I went into the shop, the place was busy but all employees were welcoming. Tristan helped me out, and the entire experience was very easy. I told him what I wanted, I emailed him jpg images, and that was it! When Tristan had a better idea for the t-shirt layout, he emailed me for my approval instead of moving forward on his own. I needed them done within three weeks, and they were done within three days. They look great! read more

Regardless of the review below from 2010- ancient! - Brody's is one of the top notch small businesses in Detroit. Their store is filled with ready to print products including t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, towels, you name it. And if they don't have the product you're looking for they will find it and find it fast. Prices are more than fair and their silkscreen prints have always looked crisp and exactly like the artwork I've submitted them. Even when the artwork I submitted wasn't of the best quality ( low res jpeg's for example) the team at Brody's somehow magically makes it happen. On top of that I have products from Brody's that have withstood the test of time. T-shirts and embroideries that look brand new years after I purchased them. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if that was an option. Everything has gone wrong with my order that I placed 2 weeks ago and the staff is VERY rude. They messed up the sizes that I needed, messed up my pick up date, and are always very inappropriate when I want to discuss my issues with them. I like to go to Brody's to get custom made shirts. They offer a good deal. The price of the print is determined by the number of colors. Each color I believe is $5. They sell all sorts of shirts, shorts, etc., in the store, or you can bring your own in. The people who work there will help you work out an idea if you don't know what it will look like. They are really friendly. If you have your own design, and they don't think it'll come out as you want, they will tell you how they suggest you do it (without changing it to much). If they make a mistake or it just comes out not at all how you want it, they are pretty good about redoing it without you having to say anything. Finally, as long as it's not a huge order, they are good at getting it back to you asap. Even when they are busy, if you need something done by the end of the day, they will do what they can to make it happen. read more
