The woman who was giving me the pedicure was super rude. She did something with the tool that removes gel polish on the side of my toe. It started to swell. She then cut my toe nail below the bed. It started to bleed. I stopped the pedicure immediately. The next day - my toe next to the toe she cut was also swollen and had puss coming out of it. A week later - both my toes still hurt. I've been attending to them daily, trying to stave off an infection. Im beyond grossed out and the woman was soo unbelievably rude to boot. The people who worked on my mom and her friend were polite and they enjoyed their experiences. I've never gotten an infection or had my toe nail cut below the bed to the point of a bloody toe before. I won't be coming back. They clearly have a female staff member who shouldn't be working there. If you hate customers, don't work in a business where you cater to customers and their feet all day.

Everything started off fine until he drilled off my gel, which I had never experienced before. I showed him my design, we agreed on the colors, and he started painting. Since the paint hadn't even gone under the light yet, I told him I didn't like the colors and suggested we do something more basic. He became upset and said, "Why didn't you tell me earlier?" He then contacted Tracy and told me to go to her chair. He went outside, came back in, and started working on another customer while I waited 25 minutes for Tracy to arrive. She eventually completed my nails. The entire experience took 2 hours and 44 minutes for a basic French tip with stripes. I don't tolerate disrespect, but I especially don't tolerate my time being wasted. Unfortunately, the Facebook reviews were accurate. If you come here, book with Tracy only. I personally won't be returning due to the unprofessionalism and disrespect. 0/10 recommend.
