Think I found my new salon home. :) I've been to quite a variety of nail salons over the years. I know the difference between a pleasant experience and a not so pleasant one. This one was pleasant and checked a lot of boxes. 1. There was no wait. Amy (owner) got me a drink and color samples right away. 2. She was very gentle on my real nails. She never made me feel rushed or like I was just a number. 3. She was easy to talk to and never said anything not in English (iykyk). 4. Price was amount she told me it would be. 5. Terrible pedicure! Nail polish was clumpy and stayed tacky for hours afterwards, which tells me the nail polish was old and that the nail technician put too much nail polish on, so it wouldn't dry very fast. She also hardly did any exfoliation on my foot and there was zero massage. I Would not recommend this place. read more

Went in to get a pedi and a new set. I got my pedi but didn't get a new set. I guess I was misunderstood when I said what I wanted. I would have to wait another 30 minutes if I wanted a new set. I had already been there for an hour and a half. Then oof course I was being talked about in their language....needless to say I understood every word that was being said. If that's how they talk about their non cuscustomers, I wonder what they say about their returning customers. Definitely will not be returning! read more

My wife and I both went here and got pedicures. They were awesome, this is the first place we have gone that didn't try to hurt my feet. My feet were genuinely better after having been here. I definitely will be going back and will recommend them to any who ask. read more

I went here because of the good reviews and the pictures of the nails. I got an appointment for 5:30 mani Pedi knowing they close at 7:30. I walk in at 5:24 and the first thing they say is if I have an appointment and I said yes about to look at the colors for my toes at least and she tells me to go sit at 9 and points at a pedicure station so I did just that. I noticed some time went by and no one said anything to me or gave me colors to chose from or asked about a beverage. At 5:46 the same lady that greeted me came and started the water and walked away, but it was pretty cold and so I didn't have my feet in it. 5:55 she came over and seems that she turned a knob so I thought it was going to get warm so I stuck my feet in then realized I just didn't pay attention and she turned it off. A guy brings by the book of colors and I'm used to them having 4-6 of these books full not the page and a half and couldn't find any colors I was really wanting. He also gives me the pedicure book and I got the milk and honey. 6:07 he sets his tool box down and didn't touch me till 6:15ish.... 45 min after my appointment (should I have left? Yes but I didn't know how to politely or not awkwardly ) he starts the pedicure and is hurting me and I'm making it apparent and he continues to do the same thing over and over again. He is picking as the side of my skin and when I tried to say something he said it was dead skin (I have the video of what he's doing after he said it was dead skin but it won't let my upload videos... now its red and inflamed) hot rocks weren't hot at all.. when they asked my toe color I just said white because I didn't know if the book was the toe colors or not. They asked about my nails and I said I'm not getting them done anymore (I didn't want any of the colors. By this time its 7 ish and I just wanted to go home for being there an hour and a half)Right before they start painting my toes they ask if I wanted a water and I said no. When I went to check out, what seems to be the manager gave me a 10% discount card and said it will only be $55 and next time to ask for them both done at the same time. (Idk if it's because I'm from a big town and really only get my toes done there but they always do my feet and nails at the same time so for me it's weird to request that) and he also said to use this the next time I go, I'm sorry but I'm not going again. I also forgot to mention this but I'm allergic to citrus fruit... Mildly but still am. He got me the tangerine or orange one they offer instead of milk and honey so now I'm broken out in hives on my legs. This is honestly the worst experience I've had. I'm glad they tried being nice about it and give me a 10% off but that would've been $5 dollars off the pedicure I just got after my toes have been cut and no one talked to me for around 30 min AFTER my appointment started? read more
