Before that, there was an incident in the parking lot over a "Karen complaining about a parking spot " and after I've been a loyal customer to the salon for a year Without knowing the whole situation , the woman salon owner took the karens side ... I felt like it was uncalled for.. so I walked out and I not to go to the salon ever again... I also want to note they have messed up on my nails , numerous times, I never once complained never once went back there for them to fix it ..
