I went in on Friday to get my nails done. The first thing is that their prices are a little bit more expensive than most places. When I got my finger nails done 1) the guy who did my toe nails didn't give me the dip colors for my finger so when I switched to a technician who does finger nails, I didn't have my color chosen out. Literally 30 seconds into me looking at colors she says "if you're going to take so long, should we have the next person go ahead of you" like woah... I didn't ask to switch technicians. I had a flight to catch after getting my nails done so I didn't have time to wait. I told her I didn't need to get my finger nails done so if she didn't have time I could go. But then she chilled. 2) however, I guess because she felt rushed and didn't even push back my cuticle nor cut my hang nails. So now my nails today don't look good at all. (3 days later) 3) because she didn't push back my cuticles, the edge of my dip is already sharp and catching on stuff. I still tipped well but I won't be back... read more

Love Tina. My pedicure was spot on and cost $40. She had to soak my nails to get off old acrylic and then just did dip to my natural nails. It cost $60 which I thought was a little high. I'd go back again if it wasn't so high. read more

I've had a lot of bad experiences at nail salons, i've gotten infections, the nails have broken off right after i got them done, and many other things. This place is by far one of the nicest I have ever been in, while I would give this place a five star review, they did knock some points off by being way too rough with my poor hands. Not only that, it's only been about maybe a week to a week and a half and one of my nails has already fallen off. read more

I was greeted as soon as i walked through the door and was seated immediately Megan was my manicurist and she removed my old acrylic nails painlessly and fast no soaking required ( i was pleasantly surprised with the process) she applied fresh acrylic and had to create a nail from acrylic on my pointer finger ( it broke off). Went in Saturday for a refill, and (3) of my nails began to BUBBLE and there were particles UNDERNEATHS. Today, I came in and Tammy BLAMED me for the nails not curing and SHE told me "You are lucky that I'm fixing for free". Like she is doing me a favor! I seek PROFESSIONAL licensed nail techs because they are CERTIFIED, NOT I! Plus I get CHARGED the same or nearly the same with full set and refills. I asked her why $50 for new set and $45 for refill? She said "Because it DEPENDS on style". Told her that it's the SAME all the time. They are taking ADVANTAGE of the customer and TAMMY sure wanted to ARGUE with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON! I was impressed with their customer service, the owner (beautiful woman) explained that she had called called some employees to come in to help. Great salon! I've been going for a few months now. Mostly manicures (gel) and pedicures. The pedicure chairs are the BEST! I've actually had someone stand to do my nails while another technician did my feet, because I was in a big hurry. Great service. I've also had eyebrow waxing. I have been extremely satisfied with my experiences. The setting is relaxing.There's a divider between the front of the store and where the magic happens so you're in a relaxingly serene setting without the blinding flourescent lighting. There's a tv in the corner but it's not blasting negative news into the space. One time, I told them I was there because I really needed relaxation. They turned the tv sound down and put on very relaxing music. Very friendly people. Highly recommend. read more

worst place ever!! no experience here. the nail tech tina is horrible & the owner or the manager by the name lee is very unprofessional & spiteful! as tina was beginning to do my simple christmas set i realized that when she was applying the acrylic is was very messy & bumpy & when i spoke up & made a comment saying i didn't like it that i just wanted too wait.. the manager/lee got involved & insisted that i move forward with the set so i went ahead & took her advice and finished the set because she kept insisting tina has experience & she's been doing nails for along time. meanwhile she ended up doing a simple nail polish candy cane design that was crooked & she charged be 5$ per nail for 2 horrible designs!! & then following that horrible experience my nails ended up popping off within a week & when i asked to get a new set because it was there fault they said no and started being very disrespectful by laughing & treating the whole situation like a joke. bottom line is i was referred to this nail salon for the first time & it was the worst experience i've ever had. heads up!!! stay away ladies!!!! read more

I have gone here for several years to the same girl. Yesterday I went for my appointment. I haven't been in 3 months because I needed to get my own nails healthy. She knew why I would be away for a while. My nails were very thin. I had them looking great...grown out parallel on sides and squared off. I needed just a thin, clear overlay to protect the ends from splitting. WOW. It didn't matter what I requested. Instead of a thin dip or acrylic overlay, she put 4 coats on and filed my edges. I told her no several times and repeated my request. And the transparent slightly pink dip is an opaque light pink. I have used clear or transparent slightly tinted for years with the same girl for several years. I'm beyond frustrated. They are thick, ugly, and now I'm back at square one starting over. How do others handle something like this? Jump up and run out? I have always tipped her well. The owner knew I wasn't happy. I won't go back and you need to be aware. read more

My manicurist was so friendly and she did an amazing job on my nails. I told her what I wanted and she knew exactly what to do to make it perfect! First of all I did enjoy the ambiance here and for the most part the people are nice yet I've gone here twice and received the same crappy service. My first time I got shellac. This was my first time and I was told it would last at least 3weeks. Mine lasted less than a week and it chipped pretty badly. I went back and got a special mani/pedi service. It felt rushed and unsatisfying. The tech was nice though. I wanted to enjoy this place but it just didn't work out for me. read more
