0/10 -- I will not be returning. I originally booked with Tracy, but due to personal issues, she had to cancel and recommended Henry because he was "really good at designs." Everything started off fine until he drilled off my gel, which I had never experienced before. I showed him my design, we agreed on the colors, and he started painting. Since the paint hadn't even gone under the light yet, I told him I didn't like the colors and suggested we do something more basic. He became upset and said, "Why didn't you tell me earlier?" He then contacted Tracy and told me to go to her chair. He went outside, came back in, and started working on another customer while I waited 25 minutes for Tracy to arrive. She eventually completed my nails. The entire experience took 2 hours and 44 minutes for a basic French tip with stripes. I don't tolerate disrespect, but I especially don't tolerate my time being wasted. Unfortunately, the Facebook reviews were accurate. If you come here, book with Tracy only. I personally won't be returning due to the unprofessionalism and disrespect. 0/10 recommend. read more

My spot to come get my face waxed, eyebrows done, pedicure and manicure. I always have Michelle get me fixed up. She's great!! This place is relaxing! You also get a drink. My husband and I went here yesterday for a pedicure. He got his first. He seemed to like it, and after we paid over $120 for both, went about our day. This morning he notices that his heels are still dry and cracked and thats when we realized that wr paid all this money just to have the lady not remove his dry skin or callouses. We paid for the lavender pedicure, callous and dry skin are included in the package and not something we have to ask for separately. He refuses to go back and get what he paid for and I am extremely disappiinted that this was overlooked. I feel ripped off. read more

I wanted to start off my review by saying I have been a loyal customer for about 4 years, and i've always had a lovely experience. Although, I recently I came in for prom nails and I was thrown off by the service. I was seated with the blue eyed young lady closest to the sinks. I explained to her what I wanted and I asked for her opinion like i've done in the past with other nail artists. I showed her a picture of my dress and I had asked her if the salon had any gems of that color. She had came back with a totally different color and I calmly reminded her that my dress was pink and not red. She threw down her hands on top of the gems and raised her voice and seemed annoyed. I felt uncomfortable so I had told her that it was fine and the black french tips were fine on their own. She had suggested I put gold gems on my cuticle. I appreciated her opinion and I told her yess. She proceeded and showed me after doing a singular nail and asked me if it had looked okay. I looked and I assumed that since Im going to pay for them and they are my prom nails that I can tell her I wanted them a different way. So I had asked her, "Im sorryy, do you think maybe you could do 3 gems instead of the 5 across the cuticle". She threw my hands and her supplies that she was holding and raised her voice, yet again. I was shocked and honestly a bit embarrassed. I told her that it was fine, and she didn't have to do the gems because I didn't want to have to deal with the attitude the entire time. She proceeded, with her voice raised, and said "I don't know what you want". I was confused at why she was yelling at me so I had just reexplained what I was wanting. She continues to do the gems on my other hand aggressively. She was throwing my hands and being rough when putting my hands in the UV light. She continued to be aggressive the rest of the appointment. I felt as if it were my fault so I kept apologizing and I even told her they were pretty, even though I wasn't too happy with them. She ignored me and even went as far as pointing to me and my hands and mocking my apologies to the woman beside her. I left embarrassed and unhappy. This had never happened to me at this salon before and I was really disappointed. A family friend of mine had gone in the same day, and was seated with the same lady. She had said that the lady was very rude and raised her voice at her daughter. This seems like a patten and I would recommend that if you come and get seated with this lady, you ask for someone else. Other than this unfortunate experience , I had always had a wonderful time. I genuinely do recommend this salon, but I will not be returning. read more

Service is always very fast and efficient. Never have to wait more than 20 minutes to be seated. They have never disappointed and have always been able to do any nail set I show them. read more

Very friendly. My tech was fabulous! So kind and worked to get exactly what I wanted! Did have music playing on a loop and I heard the same songs 4-5 times (one with profanity). Would have been a 5 if music had been turned down or something more soothing. read more

I found this gem of a nail salon in my last year of school at Texas Tech. I've since moved back to DFW and have been searching high and low for a nail salon that compares. The staff is excellent, friendly, and always did a great job. The salon itself has so many colors to choose from and they have most all their colors in dip, gel, and regular polish, so no matter what type of nail (dip, gel, polish) you are doing on your fingers and toes, you can always match them. I've yet to find another salon that has such a wide selection of colors that can match your fingers/toes. read more

I hated my experience. The lady was so rude and she was doing my toes and hurt me. She also messed up my nails. It is not even shaped right and bulky. Not to mention this was 150 not including tip. I also got shellac nails and it looks like a 3 year old did them. I am mad about this and not to mention it looks like my nails have already grown out and it has not been a week. Also they made me bleed and I now am mad. They are unsanitary not to mention them talking crap about you to their coworkers. They are so rude. Lady took 2 hours on this monstrosity we call my nails. I am going somewhere else to get them to take them off. They should be shut down. read more

I got a full set (ombré with dip powder) and a gel pedicure with James and was highly impressed! He really took his time and made sure I was satisfied with my length, color choices, and service (even though we went 1 hour past closing time). 10/10 reccommend and will definitely return! read more

She would remove the design and repaint it every time she didn't think it was good enough, which just really shows how much she cares about her customers! I have been multiple times to this location.. and never have had a problem until today. I went in to fix one nail. The guy who greeted me was rude and wasn't listening To what I was asking, then began to talk obviously about me (the employees all were looking at me) When they did sit me down, the man asked me where I had my nails done last, I travel so unfortunately I can't always get done at home in Lubbock. I told him Chicago, he mumbled something in Vietnamese and EVERY one of the employees began to laugh. I asked what was so funny and he commented.. "oh nothing". And to make matters worse, the nail that was replaced is twice the size of the rest of the set! I know difference in culture is something I take into account, but talking about a customer is inappropriate in ANY country. I won't be back.. there is a nail salon on every corner in Lubbock and word of mouth can make or break you! So unfortunate!!! read more
