I wasn't too impressed about the way they soaked my nails off, i had to pick off all of it. The staff were very friendly but my nail lady demanded that a cut off my real nail, and do acrylic (which i did not want to do). I'm trying to grow my natural nail out and dip is more easier on the nails. She didn't think so, and was a little rude after the fact. I asked for a french tip but she told me it wasn't possible with dip and that she needed to paint the top on - she made my nail this pink color which is not what i asked for but they still look okay. If you go here just make sure you're very specific!

I use to come to this place all the time use to be my nail place but it's been 3 years since I've been back. My usual place was closed so I Came back I know I well not be returning. The guy was super sweet but he wasn't The best at shaping my nails. I payed a lot for not good quality.

I've searched for an awesome nail place for a really long time, and I think I may have finally found it. My father and I went in together to get manicures and pedicures in preparation for a wedding that we are going to, and it was definitely money well spent. My nails were done pretty much perfectly, and they didn't make us feel like they were trying to rush us out of the door. Considering that we got two manicures and two pedicures, along with basic polish on my toes and dip on my nails, it was very reasonably priced. My dad will pretty much go anywhere since he just goes for the hand and foot massages, but I think we will have to make this our new place seeing as they do great mani/pedis as well as great nail work.

Whitney was very quick and efficient. Thank you for doing a good job. I am going to try a different type of nails next time I go back. I just got pink and white solar today for the occasion I needed it for. I will update when I go back when I try other colors and types like the dip or shellac. My nail beds are all different, thanks genes, but she made them look as uniform as possible.

I am in town on business and decided to treat myself to a mani pedi. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They checked with me several times to make sure I was pleased with the progress on my French tip nails. I tried the dipped method and was so pleased with how quickly it was done and how good they feel/look. Next time I'm in town I will definitely return!

This place is clean and very nice, the staff of friendly, this is why they get two stars. Their skill is lacking. I paid double for a mani/pedi compared to Star Nails in Lubbock. I just get a basic pedi, always, this place doesn't even scrub your feet on the basic pedi at Star Nails they do. They didn't cut out my ingrown nail on my toes, my manicure looks like absolute shit. They definitely pressure (tried) me to get schlack (spelling) and Nails and everything else. I won't be going back, I only went because I was in this side of town and had a couple hours to kill, should have went to Star Nails.

My daughter and I walked in yesterday for pedicures. We've been there together 3 times over the past 3 months, mainly for the convenient location. The male techs that we'd previously gone to always seemed to do a pretty good job. Yesterday's experience was terrible from the moment I walked in the door. There was a terrible dirty stench in the air, the floor around the pedicure chairs were filthy with visible dirt and sock fuzz from other clients feet. My daughter lucked out with a friendly and knowledgeable nail tech, but I was stuck with someone who either didn't know how to give a proper pedicure, or she just didn't care. As a former nail tech myself, I know the basic procedure for a pedicure. First, she didn't put any kind of salts or cleanser in the water to properly sanitize or wash my feet. When she started on my first foot she didn't apply cuticle remover to my cuticles before pushing them back, and then proceeded to push them back with the force of a one year old child. As a result there was nothing to actually nip off with the cuticle nippers, but she was determined to find something. It was so painful that I had to tell her to stop, and that she needed to use the cuticle remover first, and then push back my cuticles with a little more force to actually push back my overgrown cuticles. She looked at me like I was speaking Latin. She looked at the girl next to her to translate, since she spoke perfect English and had heard what I was saying. The other tech told her something. Whatever it was it didn't matter, because she kept just kept doing it, and gave me a dirty look. Then she proceeded to apply callus remover to the bottom of my foot and immediately told me to put it back in the water, before sloughing the product from my heel. I looked at her and said, "are you sure?" When the hot towels came out she literally slapped a dab of clay on the top of foot in a mound and then wiped it off with the hot towel. The polish job was crap, and she didn't even remove the excess polish on my cuticles when she was finished. Within 5 hours of leaving, my big toe was already chipped as a result of her horrible job of filing my nails. I know a nail chip can happen when you're wearing open toed shoes, or being barefoot but I immediately came home and put on slippers. I will NEVER step foot in that place again!

We just popped in here to get my daughters nails done for graduation. Andy was so nice and probably one of the best nail people we have ever used. We usually get them done in Dallas - which is hard to beat - but he did such a great job and took great care in making sure they were all straight and no bad cuticles sticking out. Defiantly a great experience and we will be back. Best nail spa in Lubbock by far !!!

I'll admit... I'm a nail biter. When my hands are in need of some serious TLC, Kayla works her magic and has them looking fab in no time! I always get the gel manicure - the no-chip polish lasts forever. If you're in need of a mani/pedi, look no further than Serenity Nails & Spa. They're the best in Lubbock.

I asked for maroon and got red.

This feedback is for corporate... its seems like natural products are important to you. I'm concerned that you have microwave ovens in every room and that you microwave the sugar wax in plastic containers. The exposure to microwave ovens all day long is not in the best interest of your staff. This is a serious and potentially very dangerous health risk. Additionally, microwaving the plastic containers all day long can add unnecessary PBAs (toxic microplastics) into the sugar scrub which may be toxic for your staff and clients. These issues can easily be resolved by making 2 simple changes to your room set up. 1. Replace microwave with a crock pot or something similar. Have hot water available in the crockpot all day long. 2. Keep the sugar wax in a glass container inside of the hot water in the crockpot. This will keep the sugar wax hot all day and will protect your staff and customers from unnecessary radiation exposure and toxic microplastics. You have smart young women working for you. As an employer, it's your responsibility to protect them. Thanks for taking this feedback. I'd like to use your services again - if you ditch the microwaves. Thanks!
