It took an unusually long time but it was good and the people were friendly. It seemed clean. Then last weekend, I called to make an appointment for 3 pedicures and 1 manicure. I brought my mom and her friend. They both enjoyed a pedicure and my mom got a manicure. However- about 5 mins into my pedicure, we had to stop. The woman who was giving me the pedicure was super rude. She did something with the tool that removes gel polish on the side of my toe. It started to swell. She then cut my toe nail below the bed. It started to bleed. I stopped the pedicure immediately. The next day - my toe next to the toe she cut was also swollen and had puss coming out of it. A week later - both my toes still hurt. I've been attending to them daily, trying to stave off an infection. Im beyond grossed out and the woman was soo unbelievably rude to boot. The people who worked on my mom and her friend were polite and they enjoyed their experiences. I've never gotten an infection or had my toe nail cut below the bed to the point of a bloody toe before. I won't be coming back. They clearly have a female staff member who shouldn't be working there. If you hate customers, don't work in a business where you cater to customers and their feet all day.

Do not fret, they also take walk-ins. Chairs are comfortable, pedi bowls are clean and they use a liner, massage chairs actually function and as a BONUS they offer complimentary water, soda, wine or margaritas. This one was pleasant and checked a lot of boxes. 1. There was no wait. Amy (owner) got me a drink and color samples right away. 2. She was very gentle on my real nails. They tried to tell me I agreed to a service I never once agreed to. The service itself wasn't great. I can get a way better service somewhere else for the same price AND not have to dispute my bill for extra charges that I never was made aware of.
