The spa was so clean and I really felt like my appointment got the best service possible. They also ensure that the customers who come in are required to wear a mask properly and social distance and we need more businesses like that! My husband and I went in while visiting Lubbock. This is the second nail salon we have tried when visiting and we have not had any luck finding one we would even return to. We asked for the best pedicure that included the oil massage, hot stones, paraffin wax, and all the other goodies. They started working on us and in less that 45 minutes we were done. That includes removing previous gel polish snd having a new gel placed on our toes. My massage consisted of him putting lotion on my legs. The paraffin wax and mask were on my legs for maybe 2 minutes. The wax was still warm when it was removed. My husband never got a massage and the mask was left on his legs. My husband also said his water was super cold. The polish turned out pretty great, but I would not pay more for any type of pedicure. Severely disappointed as we were looking for a great experience after traveling. read more

I have never had a pedicure in my life that didn't include a massage. The woman there was nice but why was I charged full price if the full service wasn't delivered? I waited for her to finish a client for 35 minutes which I truly don't mind doing and told her to take her time because I was in no rush. However, I felt like SHE rushed by the time she got to me because two other people walked in and she was the only one working...even though her husband ended up showing up to help her out. It's not right to take advantage of someone's kindness and patience just to rush and then charge them for a full pedi service that wasn't performed. The menu said it included a massage...that's my favorite part and she didn't do it at all. When I asked about it while paying out...her husband said they don't do massage there and if I wanted one, I should go pay for a massage. What in the world...I was excited to try this place out but that was my first and only visit. Experience was not worth $55. Two stars for the polish job. Zero for the rest. read more
