Ok so, my wife and I were in the Lubbock for a weekend wedding and needed to get pedicures for flip flop season. A fantastic experience!!! David and Kim attended to our every need, and boy did we need it. They transformed our feet into something we could be proud to show off! What a wonderfully pampering experience! BTW, we called ahead to get appointments but they do take walk-ins

David, the owner stayed late to squeeze me in when I called after work and he absolutely SLAYED THE GAME he also didn't dip, he's super professional and hygienic and uses a brush instead like old school acrylic style, and he's truly an expert. Such a fantastic experience, he really took his time, and yet I still got in and out pretty quickly! Thank you so so much, David!!!!!! Seriously, try this place!!!!!!

The result of this left me with burning, highly irritated, & dry hands (my skin is already beginning to peel). I had two different employees do my nails and combined they nicked my fingers 4-5 times. Lastly, I asked for the new dip to be put on my natural nails as is (my nails have a natural shape that I love) but instead, the guy cut my nails extremely short and filed them into a different shape completely. The dip also doesn't cover the entirety of my nails on several of them. Only positive is the nail color selection & how the color turned out.

Wonderful place. My wife and I are from out of town. As most are aware, it's difficult to find good places for personal service. Spa nails, well, they "nailed" it. Hallena worked with me. She was thorough and did a great job. Lee worked with my wife. Lee also did a fantastic job. We liked their work so much that we upgraded to include our hands. We were originally planning feet only, but boy, they did such a nice job that we just couldn't leave without getting the whole enchilada. Clean, hard working, nice, I'm impressed, and we'll be back.

I recently moved to Lubbock and this is the 5th or 6th nail salon I tried after several disappointing experiences. I get gel pedicures and dip manicures, usually at the same time. I was just in a different salon 1.5 weeks ago so did not need a pedicure yet- unfortunately the previous salon who did my nails did a poor job and all of the dip popped off of my nails because they did not base or cure them properly so I needed my nails done way too early. Peter did my dip manicure and this is by far the best dip manicure I've ever had! He was meticulous about every step of the process and I am so happy with the results! I have now found my new nail salon! I will be back here to see Peter going forward. Highly recommend this nail salon! read more

Nice spot. We had reservations but sign on door also says they take walk-ins. Business appears very clean and staff seemed to be taking all appropriate hygiene actions. Gloves, fresh towels, liners in foot basin. Staff was friendly but professional. I had the pedicure and was pleased with entire process. Toes look great! read more

I don't give 5 stars often, love this place! We called the evening ahead because we had a party of three. They were ready and waiting for us. Their place seems super clean and the staff still wears masks. One of my favorite things is they did a very effective job of removing dead skin! This is a very important part for me. I went there while visiting Lubbock because of the good ratings. My toes were sloppy & they rushed my grand daughter even though I paid for a nice pedicure. Then took forever on my dip nails. I paid a lot of money for not great service. I saw the owners working on nails that looked really good - I think if you get one of the owners it might be better but I will not go back. read more

I went in around 11:45 and there was one other person there. I was told to pick a color for dip but then told to go sit and wait for about 15 minutes. I showed Peter a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do it. What I got was completely different and I told him I didn't like it and he just laughed. I went to this nail saloon and got the worse service ever! It was very busy and they did not take there time. The guy that started my pedicure did not finish because he was hurting me during the foot rub. Dude you didn't know what is going on with people physicall! so you decided to pull on my toes?! So then when his colleague took over for him, I pointed out that my nail was chipped by the first guy. After paint my nails is when he decided to fix the chip. So now the paint is jacked they didn't finish the pedicure and then tried to argue about there prices when the menus that they handed my mother and I wasn't marked with the correct prices. So not coming back here! read more

Such a fabulous place! I found them while looking for a salon where my mother in law and I could get mani/pedi's. We picked Spa Nails because they had one of the highest ratings of salons in town. I can see why! It's kept very clean and everyone who works there is so nice. We both got dips on that visit and mine lasted 5 weeks, which is amazing!! Went back today with a friend and we were both equally happy this time. I went to the restroom and smudged one of my nails, and they redid it for me, which was super sweet! Nice place, convenient location. I tried this one because it was close to home. Staff is ok. Their price list is in a remote corner. The lady that did my nails was nice to talk to, bu she did such a poor job. Terrible and expensive job. Do not waste your time there. I asked the lady to make it even and she gave me attitude. I do a way better job than this... The pedi was just ok. But she did not compmeted the layers with the transparent coat. It hurt to pay for this. Try it at your own risk. read more

So frustrated with the employee turnover and quality - the decent employees like Vicki (owner), Kathy and Kim are always on "vacation" which likely means they're MIA for a year or more and the quality has gotten worse every time I have gone the last 4 weeks. My nail polish starts chipping the next day, so I always end up painting my nails at home and then it lasts for a week! I am also blown away by the good reviews for David (Vicki's husband.) He is the absolute worst technician they have there and is creepy AF. My friends and I will walk out before we let him do our nails. And make sure you pay attention when you checkout, they will often try to charge more than the prices listed in the book and apologize when we correct them on the dollar amount. After trying to over charge us again last week we will not be going back. read more

They will go above && beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your time at spa nails !!They will keep you coming back ! And lets not forget to mention how reasonable their prices are!! You will not regret it ! Ask for David for a perfect fast set of nails ! Customer service was wonderful.. although the quality was terrible. It was a nice experience but I probably won't be returning. I noticed a few days after that the clear coat over my dipped nails was rubbing off and when I took a closer look they were actually even cracking throughout the nail. Typically my manicures can last 3-4 weeks, sadly it's been roughly 2 weeks and they are breaking, brittle, dull, and cracked. If you decide to go Kathy is very sweet and has great customer service. It's the quality that makes me second guess referring anyone to this salon. read more

Customer service is Great! Everyone here is always so friendly and kind. They treat you like family, very welcoming. My nails always look and feel great. I get acrylic with shellac for color and my nails never chip or crack and I'm hard on them. I have paper thin nails that chip easily but you would never know it thanks to these amazing folks! I am in town from LA for work and needed to find a place to get my nails done - and wow am I glad I found this place!! Super affordable and a GREAT experience. David did my nails and Kim did my pedicure and I couldn't be happier with both. Extremely nice people, great job done on my nails, my spa pedicure was very luxurious. And they stayed late to accommodate my later arrival. I can not recommend enough. read more

This is by far the best nail place I have found in Lubbock! David and Vicki are so kind and accommodating. I have not had a disappointing experience after 6 months of coming here. Had to go back AGAIN and that immediately peeled off, too. At this point the owner claimed it was the OPI color I chose and wanted me to come back to fix it. When I went back (now my 3rd "fix")...her idea of fixing the issue and mine were not the same. She was only willing to paint top portion of the nail and not paint down to cuticle. I left and went somewhere that knew what they were doing. Such a waste of time from day one and the 3 repair trips back. Replacement set from a different salon has stayed on with no issues. I've been getting my nails done for decades and never had the problems I had from this salon.

If Jason at Spa Nails hasn't done your nails, then you haven't lived! Forget about all the other nail salons in town who leave you with acrylic nails that are thick, bulky, and totally fake-looking. These guys are absolute pros -- and Jason is quickly developing a cult following because he takes the time to file down the acrylic just right, giving you that "nail silhouette" that isn't fatter and thicker than your finger itself. I get more compliments on my nails from random people than I ever have before, and it's all because these nail techs take the time to get each set of nails absolutely perfect. Friendly, fast, and always perfect, this place is my new nail haven and even though they have some of the best prices in town, I would pay almost anything to get the gorgeous nails I get EVERY, SINGLE TIME from this crew. The owner David and his wife Vicky are always there and they are the most out-going and friendly (and yes, they speak english quite fluently), so getting exactly what I want is never a problem. Plus, after my first visit, they have remembered me every time by name and they know exactly what I like without me even having to say it -- if that's not customer service, then I don't know what is. The male employee has an awful temper and does not like to take his time!!!! I came in 3 days ago and while I was driving I saw that my na had cracked. The nail broke off (which hurt btw). I came in 3 days later bc I have a hectic schedule, and the same male employee said "NO!!" To me asking for my money back!? I don't have time to keep coming and going. I have kids to care for and I have to work 80 hours a week!!! I don't have time to do this. I got charged $135!!? For what!? Then he proceeds to yell at me saying I should've come in the day of, and started yelling at me to come and sit down out of anger. Idk who he thought he was talking to.? On my way out, a woman asked me how long the wait was, and I explained my concerns with this lady that actually listened, and I sent her and myself to the wayyy better salon (Glory Nails) on Milwaukee next to McAllisters. This nail salon has lost my business, her business, and soon many others' business. They're acrylic is even illegal!!!! Powders in the US are not allowed to use a certain ingredient. And their powders have that. That is why if you get it taken off somewhere else, they cannot take it off!!!! What is that? Can you say Health Department? This is a fantastic place. Everyone is so nice-great customer service and very accommodating. They listen & pay attention to you want/like. I've been a customer for over 3 years. Kim is so wonderful. I don't like thick dip nails so she always puts special effort into making sure they're done just the way I like them. She is so sweet. Just relocated to the Lubbock area about a month ago.First I went to another nail salon in town and my nails looked awful and so fake not to mention chipping on the sides so decided to try Spa Nails for my fill and boy was I happy I did! I've bren here several times and each time my nails turn out great. Thry take their time and are very friendly. I went today to get my nails filled before Christmas and only had to wait 15 minutes before I was in a chair. Peter did a great job. I am very pleased with my super cute nails. read more
