My experience was not good. First of all, I made appointment online 4 days prior to appointment. I had to give credit card information to hold appointment. When I got there it was not with the tech I made appointment with. When I asked about it, I was made to feel like it was my responsibility to let them know I had made appointment. So, I do not think they monitor online booking. Next the nail tech did not paint the sides of my nails. Just a very bad experience all the way around. Will not go back. It is entirely too expensive and when you are paying $130 + tip, they should not look like this. read more

Got a pedicure a week ago. I was literally wincing in pain. Told the lady she was hurting me and all she did was sigh and proceed to do what she was doing. Today I wake up and look at my right foot and my third toe looks like the shellac coming up at the cuticle. It's not my cuticle, it's my entire toenail. I'm waiting for them to open up so that I can get the lady's license number and report her. I'm going to be absolutely devastated if my nail doesn't grow back! Go anywhere but here. They're expensive and clearly not worth the service. Update: I talked with the owner. She was super nice and did give me the money back for the visit. read more

Not sure if I was just overcharged due to the rage of this place.. but they are expensive! I got a simple pink dip, and whoever my tech was did what I wanted and tried to fix the few mess ups I pointed out, but was unsuccessful and gave up. The place is very clean and the staff is sweet. I usually pay $40-45 for a full set with tips and unique shaping. This was $45 alone. I'm not sure if they charged me for the water I was given or the moisturizing gloves they put on my hands afterwards, but I certainly would have turned those down if I had known. I went in for a pedicure and was sat. I waited 25 minutes and no one asked me if I needed water or anything. Worst customer service ever. I waited total 30 minutes and I was finally leaving and a lady ask me if I needed to leave and I said yes and then she presitted to say that she could take care of me right now, but why would she even mentioned if she can take care of me right now? Why did she have to make me wait 30 minutes like there there were people that were walking around and not doing anything and they don't offer me any water like I said before the tub for the feet didn't even have a liner so I had to put my bare feet on the bowl,which looked disgusting by the way . read more

Not super thrilled. Came asking for a pedicure and acrylic set. They said sure. 20 minutes in my pedicure I ask about my fingers and they said it was EXTRA to get them done at the same time... I have never ever seen this- not even at the nicest salons in LA or Dallas. Was rushed through and nails were not cut enough nor heels scrubbed like they normally are. Not coming back. read more

I am updating my review because I get aquatinted with a specific nail tech and they do my nails for three or four times and then they aren't there anymore. I don't understand why this keeps happening. The last one I absolutely loved. Ben was personable and he remembered me when I would come in. He remembered my conversations with him. I went a couple of months ago and received great service. I went yesterday again and could not be more disappointed. First off if took 1 hour and 40 minutes for a dip (I do this regularly and know that it only takes about 45 minutes to an hour). It is the worst dip I have ever received, the tips are 'undone' and he 'dipped them 4 times on one hand and 5 on the other. A pedicure is my very favorite activity and best way to treat myself. This was by far my best pedicure experience...EVER! Ivy took her time and seriously the woman is magical! I'm a teacher and I spend all day on my feet. They hurt, they get really dry, and my heels crack. Ivy spent so much time massaging my legs, scrubbing that nasty dry skin off, and making my feet look beautiful. I took my daughter and "T" treated her like royalty. The salon was so clean. They offered beverages. They respected social distancing and everything was kept in individual packages for sanitary excellence. They had so many beautiful colors to choose from and did I mention the salon is beautiful? Ivy and T thank-you for giving us such a wonderful experience! We will be back! read more

I've genuinely never been to a worse nail salon and had my nails turn out so bad. For starters, the girl ripped off my old acrylic nails instead of soaking them off, which is so damaging and hurt; then she put tips on that were too wide for my nails. I asked for an almond shape French tip and none of my nails ended up being the same length or shape, some were shorter and super round and some were longer and pointy, even though I asked her to fix the shape. She didn't have me wash my hands to get the dust off before putting the top coat on, so now my nails are bumpy also. She then started the white tips with gel, and they were all uneven. When I asked her to fix them, she apparently didn't see the problem and basically only pretended to change them. She didn't clean up anything under my nails and now there's acrylic and gel gunk under them. On top of all of that, they were $75 and look awful. I'm so disappointed, never going back, and absolutely do not recommend! read more
