This one was pleasant and checked a lot of boxes. 1. There was no wait. Amy (owner) got me a drink and color samples right away. 2. She was very gentle on my real nails. She never made me feel rushed or like I was just a number. 3. She was easy to talk to and never said anything not in English (iykyk). 4. Price was amount she told me it would be. 5. She's very accommodating. I will be going back and taking my daughters.

I'm honestly very disappointed with my experience here. I had seen so many good reviews about this…read moresalon, so I was excited to give it a try. Everyone was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately, the person who did my nails did not do a good job. I got a full set of dip powder with tips, in a short oval/almond shape. Unfortunately, the shapes were uneven and didn't look the way I had asked for. The overall quality of the nails was also not what I expected. The most disappointing part is that one of my nails broke only about 10 minutes after I walked out of the salon. I had just paid for a full set and didn't expect to have a nail break almost immediately. I really wanted to have a good experience based on the reviews I had seen, but unfortunately, I cannot say that I did. While the staff was very nice, the quality of my nails was not worth what I paid, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.

I've been here 2x. The first time, I stopped by and they said come back in 30 mins. I came back in…read more30 mins. Got a pedicure. It took an unusually long time but it was good and the people were friendly. It seemed clean. Then last weekend, I called to make an appointment for 3 pedicures and 1 manicure. I brought my mom and her friend. They both enjoyed a pedicure and my mom got a manicure. However- about 5 mins into my pedicure, we had to stop. The woman who was giving me the pedicure was super rude. She did something with the tool that removes gel polish on the side of my toe. It started to swell. She then cut my toe nail below the bed. It started to bleed. I stopped the pedicure immediately. The next day - my toe next to the toe she cut was also swollen and had puss coming out of it. A week later - both my toes still hurt. I've been attending to them daily, trying to stave off an infection. Im beyond grossed out and the woman was soo unbelievably rude to boot. The people who worked on my mom and her friend were polite and they enjoyed their experiences. I've never gotten an infection or had my toe nail cut below the bed to the point of a bloody toe before. I won't be coming back. They clearly have a female staff member who shouldn't be working there. If you hate customers, don't work in a business where you cater to customers and their feet all day.
