Luke gives the best pedicure! He is so thoughtful, detailed, and truly takes his time. This is the only place in Lbk I will come for a pedi!

Very clean salon got a pedicure there and all was good except when it came to prep work the lady doing my toes tore my toes up with the cuticle clippers and the drill. was bleeding from 3 of my toes. other lady came and took over and was very apologetic which i appreciated and she gave me an additional discount but having rush coming up and being on your feet a lot having tore up toes is not something i am looking forward to. read more

Never again. No one was there when I came and no one came in while I was there. Even though there were three nail techs, I still waited five minutes while they finished watching whatever they were watching on their iPad. My French manicure is an absolute, sloppy mess. It's bumpy, bare in spots, and all over my cuticles. $22 down the drain Lesson learned. I'm going home and taking all this polish off immediately because I am embarrassed to walk around with my nails looking like this. They should be embarrassed that a professional made them look this bad. I tried to get her to fix it but after four attempts I gave up. read more

Me and my mom went in to get a full set. I showed David my inspiration picture. He had me choose my colors. At first everything was ok he was just a little rough with the filing but what nail artist isn't. When we got to the point of painting my nails he ignored my inspiration picture and just painted them white. He then got paint all over my skin it was not neat at all. He then started peeling my skin to get the paint off. I had to be at work so I paid and left. I went back the next day to get them taken off. I told him I didn't like them and he got rude with me and told me that the paint could easily come off my skin and started peeling it even more. He then told me he's been doing nails for 30 years so don't talk bad on him. I will never be back I wasted $100 there. read more

Took myself and my sons for a pedicure. It was busy and there were only two people on staff. They quickly ushered us back and gave us some beverages. They were friendly and the prices were fair. However, I wish they would have this led us to either come back or make an appointment. By the time the lady got to us our water was cold, my children were bored and our pedicures felt rushed. Prices were decent and there was a nice menu of services offered. Maybe had it not been so busy it would have been better. However she did a great job on our toes. read more

I was in search of a pedicure after traveling three days in the car with already peeling polish. I think my toes even embarrassed my husband. So I was using my Yelp application to try and find a spot, which led me to 50th Street in Lubbock where apparently 90% of the nail salons are. The first stop I came to was Pro Spa which wasn't yet listed. It was early and the men that were working were still setting up. I was ushered in immediately, and after picking my polish, was treated to an awesome 60+ minute pedicure for $25. I don't know if this is standard procedure for Lubbock, but included was a serious foot/heel scrub, sea salt massage, oil massage, lotion (more massage), hot towels, and the usual cleaning, filing, painting you would expect. The salon is very relaxing, clean, and they even have a mini-Hello Kitty spa chair for kids. I'll have to think about bringing my six year old here just to try it out. read more

Oh man.....what to say about this place. I went in the late morning when I had about 2 hours free to get a shellac manicure and pedicure. I got my pedicure done first and after an hour and a half, he finally started to paint them. When I looked at my watch and realized I only had 30 minutes before I needed to leave and I still needed to get my fingers done, I politely told him I needed to be somewhere soon. Well he was very nice about it and hurried to finish my toes and then get started on my nails. I was out of there within 30 minutes, but it is literally the WORST painting I have ever seen..... The worst part is that it is shellac and I am stuck with it for a couple weeks.... oh wait, I take that back. The WORSTTTT part is that I paid $80! read more

I like this place and I'll tell you why.... anytime that I have gone in for treatment there hasn't been much of a wait. They also are not pushy, which I appreciate. The husband and wife that own the establishment are incredibly nice and polite. I never get color because I don't have time to wait so I can't comment on that but they do a great job for what I need. I picked the luxurious cucumber pedicure and that was soothing. Also the place is always spotless. read more

This was my first pedicure here in Lubbock; I came here because of the previous excellent review. Let me say, this is one of the most disappointing pedicures I've ever gotten. I was the only customer in the shop, yet I felt as if they were trying to rush me out anyway. The lady was watching TV while working on me, and was clearly distracted. She barely massaged me, and it only lasted about 30 minutes, if that. It really was a slap dash job, and I wouldn't recommend going there. I myself won't be returning. I decided to try this place because I had a spur of the moment where I wanted to get my nails done and the nail salon was right across the street. I was very disappointed with my experience. I went in to get a set of acrylic nails which usually takes about an hour. I was in the salon for over two hours. The nail technician cut every finger and made me bleed while she was trimming my cuticles and filing my nails. My fingers were sore for days and I washed my hands constantly afraid I would catch an skin infection. Also, when I got home the nail polish already chipped off. I will never go back. read more

This place is OK, sort of. Near my house. The issue is the quality and communicativeness of the technicians is quite variable! My first gel manicure was with an older man who had been a computer repairman. He was quick, thorough, and gentle. Nice to talk to. The second time I went the first gentleman was busy so I worked with a younger man. In a hurry, a little cold. Some of the surfaces of the nails were bubbly. They didn't have a pale red melon color I was looking for and it turned out most of the colors I had wanted had been stolen! Yesterday I worked with the manageress, and I will not let her within ten feet of my fingers again. Four of my cuticles are still red and painful. She kept my fingers in acetone for 20 minutes!! I can hardly type, my fingertips hurt so much. I asked her not to trim my cuticles and she just smiled and shrugged and did them anyway. I should have been more forceful. The next day and my fingers and cuticles are still aching. Beauty of this type is not worth it. I'm putting antibiotic gel on all of my fingers and nails. read more

The dip was all over my cuticle and he came over to "fix it" but it didn't do much. Paid and left, then kept looking and realized it was terrible. My daughters and I came here to get pedicures before our cruise. We had three different nail techs working on our toes at any given time, and we each got awesome designs. A cute little glass of wine, and a very relaxing atmosphere, made for a great experience. The language barrier was not that big of a deal, and everyone was very friendly. read more

I thought I would give this place a chance since it had some good reviews but I made a huge mistake! This is the WORST pedicure I have ever gotten. I asked for white tip and I what I got was a horrible paint job. The guy painted over the white on my last two toes and it looks pink not white and the polish looked clumpy.
