The man who did my nails used dirty nail clippers and scissors on me. He pulled them both out of a dirty drawer and not out of a blue bag/ sterilizer machine. I asked for round shape and he did almond and when I asked him to fix them please he was completely rude. A different nail tech had to fix them and she did okay fixing them but was also rude. They also didn't even do my cuticles or clean my hands/ nails when they were done- you can see they left green/ sticky residue. If you look closely around the salon you can see there is dust and grime everywhere. read more

They not only give your legs and feet a good massage with their hands but they also use a massager. They go above and beyond with their pedicures (I got the Tropical Pedicure). Okay so first of all this was my first time ever at this "nail bar" but I was told not to do the manicures but me being me I went ahead and paid for 1 manicure and 2 pedicures which totaled out to around $250 plus the tip I left was very generous, after all the male nail technician was rude and switched to a woman nail technician mid set she was friendly even with the language boundaries. On arrival of our home my cousin realized her nails had came undone. The pedicure technician was amazing and Cassie the greeter was so amazing, both very friendly Also my cousin went to get them redone and they still couldn't fulfill their part of the transaction and still set her on her way with unfulfilled wants. read more

I normally don't leave reviews but this time I needed to! I am new to Lubbock so I am trying new nail places so I tried Indulge today. I read reviews before coming here and thought it was going to be great but it was not. I was a walk-in and had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to help me. Which isn't the problem since I didn't have an appointment but after waiting for 30 minutes I had 3 different people start to work on me before a guy (idk his name) finally helped me. I asked him how he was and I didn't even get a response and wasn't talked to the entire time. I had a reference picture of the shape that I wanted which was round not almond and was then given and almond shape that I had to pay extra for. He sped through the entire process and none of my nails are even. Some nails are longer than others and some are pointer than others and almost all of the nails have a dip in them. Needless to say I will not be getting my nails done here again. I may try their pedicures but never nails. read more

I have to say the pedicures are well worth the money and have always been great, but when I went with my one of my friends to get manicures, I could not have been more disappointed. Aiden did my nails (the maroon nails) and cut my fingers. They are uneven and not symmetrical is any way. He also made them way shorter than I asked for. My friends nails (the tan nails) are too thick, uneven, and crooked. When I explained to the front counter that I would not be returning, she took $5 off of a $110 bill. Although she was apologetic and friendly, I would have preferred to just have them taken off at that point. I recommend just getting pedicures here. read more

I have been waiting for this to open because it was close to home. I was leaving for California for a wedding and my time was running low. I got my nails done on a a Sunday, I was leaving Tuesday and worked on a Monday. The service was top notch, very polite, nice, always checking to see if you needed anything, the place looked very nice. I was simply getting a new set of dips over my own nails that had grown out. I like to keep them slightly short. To start she cut them shorter than I had asked. Then the dip process started and she used the technique I hate where the just dip a couple layers at the top . I paid extra for the "manicure" that consisted of soaking and cutting my cuticles- I could do that for free at home. When it came to filing oh boy. She filed fast and hard, several of them were crooked, I had to ask 3 times to even them out. By the time she was done, my nails were so short, they didn't even clear my finger tip. When I paid, I got a card for a warranty for 5 days so that was nice however, I was leaving town. By Monday morning they started cracking they were filed so thin. I worked all day up until 8:30 pm and then had to pack. I didn't have time to get them fixed. By Tuesday afternoon while driving the corners started chipping off. By the time of the wedding on Saturday the cracked ones started coming off. My nails looked terrible and my own nails were all tearing. I am so distraught I won't be back. No am sure they would have fixed them if I had been in town but that wasn't the case. I had ugly stubs for Christmas and now New Years Eve, it's going to take awhile to get my nails back in shape read more
