I honestly debated whether I should post this or not bc obviously they will know who I am but I'm still so upset with my experience and I don't think I should just be quiet about it . last week on Monday I took my 6 year old daughter to get a mani/pedi for her birthday . as we are there one of the works starts yelling about a lamp being stolen I'm trying to destract my child as it goes on for a while , the worker leaves and another worker starts yelling again at the owners about her friends stolen lamp at this point I'm upset bc this is so unprofessional and my SIX year old daughter is there and no one seems to care that she's there at all and making the environment very hostile . as this is going on the girl who's lamp (Leah I believe is her name ) was stole comes back with her boyfriend who has a gun in his waist band with his shirt up showing his gun and stomach . at this point I'm in tears bc no one is saying anything no one cares my six year old is there , I can't even say anything out of fear things with escalate and scaring my daughter even more , I'm still trying to distract her from the fact that all this is happening but kids are not dumb . I'm sitting in the chair I start crying my nail tech sees me still no one cares . I'm so upset that this happen to us and I'm so upset that all the workers were sitting around yelling at the owners laughing with eachother about it and even thinking this is okay to do infront of a customer let alone a six year old girl !!! Even one of the workers who is supposedly going to buy out the new owner was there just sitting there laughing not even caring we are there thru all of this !!! I decided to give this place a try because I seen so many good photos and reviews but omg no. I barely got my nails done on Monday and now they are already looking outgrown. Also the lady who did them was very rude and did not care on how I wanted them to look. She charged me 65 dollars for short nails which I have never been charged that much for this length. What happened? This was once a great place for manicures and pedicures. The young woman who did my dip only dipped in color once, grinded my nails to nothing, and did a horrible job. The place was filthy, and the "manager" could care less about anything. read more

Was looking for a quick pedi on a Friday evening and stumbled across this place. What a hidden gem! They were busy but I waited only about 10 minutes before Katie got me in the chair. They offer everything from margaritas to wine.... probably the best pedicure I've ever had and I even went with a simple one. Katie was amazing! From her funny personality to her amazing work, I left there really happy. Also did a great job on my brows. Reasonably priced and just nice people. Will be returning! read more

came here before and quit for pretty much the same reason. Daughter needed a fill - was advised they needed to do the whole nails. Wanted to keep her tips, was told they would replace them. Technician appeared to be busy and she asked if she should come back, since we were on a tight schedule. No it's fine. Technician sat her down and left her soaking in acetone in excess on 15 minutes. No foil, straight acetone. the color attached itself to her fingers as it came off. She complained and was told they would clean it up. Meanwhile he keeps starting other jobs. We would have been fine with coming back rather than being pretty much ignored. So, we left and went to a different salon. doubt we will come back for a third try. read more

First i had to wait over an hour after they said someone would be there with me shortly. I understand that it's the holidays but let me know before hand so I can decide whether to wait or not. I should have just trusted my instincts and left after that. Then, I got regular gel on my finger nails that was rushed. Only reason I went there was because I was from out of state. So now I wasted time there for some work that was rubbish. Glad i declined to get my feet done and thankful i didnt spend more than $35 there. After being pushed to fill out some survey so they could win best nail place in Lubbock (on my first visit), I waited an 1.5 hours after having an appointment for a pedicure and manicure. I finally had to ask when I'd receive any service, such as even allowing my old gel to soak off, then after being seated for my nails to be done I just left because I'd been there for hours. No one ever noticed I was never seated or anything for my pedicure that I had even called ahead for. By far the worst service I've received in town! read more

I went in Saturday for a pedicure with my daughter. The young man that attempted to give me a pedicure had not a clue what he was doing. The the tech. that was working on my daughter kept telling him what to do but it did not help. Half of the items in the pedicure was missed, and the rock message was cold. The young man got up and left twice to start water for other people leaving me for 15 min. each time. My daughter's pedicure was completed 30 minutes before anyone even put on my polish. Then I was just left seating in the chair. All the tech. in the salon seemed not care. I had to ask someone to check me out. This salon is more about fixing drinks than actually providing a service. My first time at best nails was not a very good experience. I came to get my toes and nails done toes went great but my nails were a different story. I asked for short coffin the guy talked me into getting a different shape because it was going to be hard for him to do what I requested. I said okay shape then to look like my natural nails. Once he finished putting the color on the shape was definitely not what I asked for and every nail has air bubbles. I asked him to fix them. I've been sitting here from 4 to 8.
