GO HERE!!! I went to this salon on a whim when my traditional salon was closed one day and i did not regret it! I had a somewhat complex design request and the nail artist accepted it right away and did a beyond amazing job! I wish I remembered her name, but she sits at the first booth to the left when you walk in. I will definitely be going here from now on. I'm also a bartender so i'm really rough with my hands/nails and none of them have broken off or chipped after a week and a half so i would say the quality is top notch too!! First off, I loved my nails and I planned to be a reoccurring customer. The man who did my nails and sits in the second chair changed my mind. At first he was obviously very rushed but I didn't mind since I know it's a business and they're busy but he started to be very rough and pull and jerk my hands. He would get frustrated if I told him I didn't like something. My nails were very thick with no shape but they were closing so I tipped him well and returned in the morning to have my nails shaped. He was so angry and repeatedly asked me "why are you making my job harder?" "Don't you know how to make up your mind?" And kept shaking his head at me and yanking my hands. This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. The prices are fair and the quality is impeccable. The nail technician, Maria, spent an hour on my pedicure, which was so nice and relaxing. I hate when techs rush through an extra charge deluxe pedicure. Also, my nail tech took so much care to make sure my pedicure was perfect. She went back multiple times to make sure a toenail was shaped perfectly, or a cuticle was pushed back to its proper place, etc. For my full-set, I was blown away by Kenny. He also took his time and focused on shaping my nails perfectly. He listened to what I wanted and he was able to help guide my decision on nail length. He knew how to create ombré nails which was super cool. He never nicked a cuticle or caused me to bleed (which almost always happens at other salons). I'm excited to return to this salon. It almost looked like they just slapped white nail polish on my toes and didn't even take the time to clean them up! My mistake, but I went again for a manicure. Man, was I so mad!! The lady that did my nails was so rude! I mentioned to her that I wasn't happy with the way my nails looked during the manicure and she shrugged, rolled her eyes, and stood up and walked away! I like this salon, but i will not return. I went last Saturday and had made two appointments, but when I walk in every tech is already working on someone else's nail. I had to wait about 20 minutes, then the girl rushed through mine. I went back today with a friend - made two appointments. (I broke one nail so I needed it fixed) Once again, every tech was busy. From the outside it looks like a strip bar. Walk in and it looks like Liberace's closet. Very gaudy with wall mirrors, fake plastic roses everywhere, and statues adorning the salon. It was very clean though and the owner and the two other workers were very friendly. There were no customers so I was seated immediately. Everyone was Vietnamese and since I have been to Vietnam I connected to them and we chatted. The chairs were comfortable and clean. They were massage chairs so that was a nice little extra. The service was good and she took her time with it, but the nail polish application was amateurish and there were lines and smudges of red around my toes after she was finished. I felt bad because they were so nice. I would give this business another shot just to support them but it honestly wasn't very good, maybe that's why it was empty? read more

Language can be a bit of a problem if you don't know what you want. This was my first time doing shellac/ extensions etc. I was clueless which is what. It's better to have pictures of what you want. However, their services are great. They did a great job with my nails. I wanted shellac and my nails cut in box shaped. But they misunderstood me and cut my nails totally. Horrible!! The guy cut my toe nails so short that they hurt. I got a deluxe pedicure and he literally only massaged one foot??? I told him I only wanted a fake tip on the two nails that were broken and he put a fake nail on all of my nails and didn't up my natural nails. The guy who did my nails (Tom) was super obnoxious. I have a tattoo on my arm and he asked me if I had one on my butt! Completely out of the blue. He also asked me how many bottles of beer I could drink. Completely inappropriate. Plus the nails were horrible. I even had a picture on my phone to demonstrate the length and shape I wanted. (very short and natural looking). For some reason, he could not do it. He kept arguing with me that they were short enough. I showed my sister my nails later that day and she said they all looked like toe nails! The owner was very nice and told me to come back so she could fix them. I really wish I was writing a better review. I came here from a recommendation, she said it was great so I decided to try it out. Every staff person I've interacted with was very nice. I got my nails done less than two weeks ago. They were done very well, and I absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, in that time, 6 of my nails have lifted and two have come off completely. This isn't normal for my nails. When the first one came off, I went back to get it fixed. They fixed it without charge, but they were busy and the man who did it was rushing. The nail that was fixed was much thicker than all of other ones. Two days later another nail has come off and they are almost all lifted. As happy as I was with my nails and the place itself, I don't think I will be returning, since my nails would have to be filled or replaced in 1 1/2 weeks. read more

Rose's Nails offers the best prices in town on Pedicures. I have been to several salons in the past and they charge upwards of $40 + for a pedi. Roses's has a coupon in the Yellow Pages for a $20 Pedi + $2 for hot towels. That $20 pedi includes massage and lots of TLC. I absolutely love them. They also do a great job at Shellac. I have had Shellac done at three different salons and each one chips within 3 days. Shellac from Rose's last longer and looks better. read more

Also, Rose's daughter kept saying "come on hurry i gotta go".. uhh aren't customers always first and correct? learn to treat people with some respect girl... My bf was supposed to get a manicure and they said ok at first but at the end basically forgot about him and claimed there were people in front of us.. when they had clearly come after us... dumb bi-tch..
