Wonderful service, awesome massages, and friendly workers! The only place I come to get a pedicure

Came in on today (Thursday afternoon) for a pedicure and manicure. I got the OPI Paradise Tropical combo mani/pedi. It was the best pedicure I've had in a really long time. The gal who took care of me paid so much attention to detail. She took her time, specifically with the massage afterwards. The manicure was just as great. The salon itself was clean and beautiful, the staff made us feel welcomed immediately. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I wanted to update this review since I still visit this location. They're mostly as good as all the other times I visited BEFORE they ripped off the top layer of my eyelids. I always make sure to show the technician these photos and ask her to please not do that to me, and they oblige. It hasn't happened again. They have forgotten about me in the waxing room once or twice, though, SOOO, if you're laying there for over twenty minutes it's a good idea to walk back up front and remind them that you're there. read more

Honestly, I just got such an amazing pedicure. The staff is so friendly and kind. They are clean and give a lot of attention to detail. The pedicure was not rushed, they made my feet so smooth, and took a lot of time with a relax caring hot stone message. I was just expecting to get my dead skin cleaned off and smooth my feet out a little but I really feel rejuvenated. So thankful I came in. My first time here. So here I go........ I have never been here before but noticed them while going to my favorite waxing place so I called the day before I came and spoke with "Henry"; he was a very pleasant man on the phone. I explained I needed a much needed pedicure and that I had an appointment and did not know how long it would take. He said "No problem. You can walk in." I said "Will there be a wait? He said "Maybe or no" He said "You want to set appointment?" I answered; "Yes, please! but what if I am late would it be a problem?" Henry said "No, we take you" You know what???? They asked me as soon as I walked in the door what they could do for me and I said "I have an appointment" before I could even say my name a woman walked up to me and said "Anna?", I said "Yes, Ma'am" and then Henry was on the floor and they all took me away. I went to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax because I have an event soon. The pedicure was fine... nothing special, not fantastic. But when the lady did my brows, she basically ruined the natural shape. she made them way too thin and too far apart. she also took scissors to them without asking me first. I didn't need a lot off, just some lone hairs. once she was done, she didn't offer me a mirror so I didn't see my brows until i got in the car. extremely put off by this encounter and now I have to go buy an eyebrow pencil. read more

My daughter and I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax for her this evening. My heels are horrible. If I wouldn't have watched them use the callus remover on them, you would never know they did. I actually think they may be worse now. I also had to ask for the remainder of the old polish to be removed before he began painting again. Literally got to soak our feet less than 10 min. We both chose a $45 pedicure. Mine ended up being $55 (not sure why....yes I should have asked but didn't think about it at the moment) and $75 for her pedicure plus wax. The lady ruined her eyebrows. They are crooked. There was no way to fix them or she would have nothing left. Not a great way to start her prom week. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

My four year old daughter and I went in to get a pedicure and I also got her a mani. The technician that painted my daughters nails was very impatient and rude. She expected my daughter to sit like a statue. She couldn't even turn her head to look at the tv without the lady telling her to sit still and then proceeded to ask if she's hard to deal with at home. Mind you my daughter gets manis and pedis often and she knows how to sit still enough. She was really rough with my daughter and when my daughter spoke up about it she just told her "that's how it is". Went in two separate times shellac didn't last a week before it pealed off. Don't know if the shellac was old or what but twice was too much especially for what was charged. I went back the first time and they redid but charged for it. Will not be back read more

First time to come here and I will definitely be back. My nail tech was super friendly and did a superb job. I came from Serenity and the atmosphere alone made my "me" time better. The employees are all respectful towards one another and even more respectful to their customers! I had my chair pulled out and a drink offered to me within seconds of walking through the front door. The downside - it is pretty pricey. BUT! Worth it. I was given a hand massage at the end (totally unexpected) but was oober relaxing. Loooooved it. read more

I acquired an acrylic allergy before I knew how to care for nails. By then always overfilling my nail beds, I developed an allergy that causes my cuticle to itch relentlessly when I do get acrylic. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

I went to go take my nails off and have new ones replaced. The guy at the front desk was very sweet and gave me amazing customer services. I usually get my nails done in Dallas and when I moved here I saw that Glory nails had the best reviews. As I was getting my nails off (I had dip on), the employee cut my nails and started scraping them off and with plastic nails and a cuticle cutter. This is the first time to have someone take off my nails like that and felt like I was at a dentist for second. I was being bullied repeatedly about my nail beds and how bad they are and that 40 and 50 year olds have better nail beds than mine (I'm 21). I get my nails done because I'm insecure of how they already look and she just kept getting annoyed of how bad they were. I showed her what I wanted to get done and she told me I need to take a break and not do anything to them rn. I do appreciate you assisting me with that but not by bullying me lol. I went home and had a painful experience here. I would go back but not have her to my nails or the technique she was using. read more

The salon is nice but the service was not worth the amount they charge. This was my first time going and it was in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, so they were not busy at all. The lady who did my pedicure and manicure seemed annoyed and I honestly could have done a better job painting both my toes and nails. Overall the salon needs to realize that they offer a SERVICE and it is easy to find a salon that will take their time and provide a friendly environment. Will not go back. read more

Terrible service! Tried to force me to get dip nails after I repeatedly asked for acrylic. She continued to do my nails, and even said she was going to do acrylic after I asked her several times. They were not welcoming when I entered. Everyone just looked at each other, and then me as if no one had a clue what to say. Then I repeatedly tell the lady who was to do my nails... "these are my real natural nails with gel"... she responds saying they are real. When we sit down I'm looking at my phone to turn off volume and she cuts my REAL pinky nail. So I say "you cut my real nail!" She lifts my hands to look under to verify as if I don't know what's on my nails! Later she asked me if I wanted my nails cut down... I said to her "you have to cut them now because you already cut down my whole pinky nail to nothing, but I didn't not want a cutdown". She said "sorry" very insincere. She continues the "manicure" that consisted of her ONLY changing my gel polish and rubbing lotion on my hands for 10 seconds each... literally. My nails have so many bumps and grooves, not smooth at all! Terrible work! Terrible service! I will NEVER go back, and will tell anyone that asks me to avoid this place. I've gone twice for a powder dip set with removal. Each time I've had a different nail technician, and both ladies have been wonderful and have done an excellent job. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the salon has a great selection of powder colors. read more

2nd time visiting this place and I was very disappointed. First of all, the guy doing my pedicure cut my toe. When I said ouch, he didn't even apologize. He just kind of looked at me. My toe bled for a few minutes, and he never once apologized. To top that, my daughter was getting a manicure and requested acrylic with tips. The nail tech took it upon herself to do a nail dip instead. My daughter asked her several times to do acrylic, and the nail tech just kept saying OK. The manager walked by and asked my daughter if everything was OK, and my daughter told him that she did not request a nail dip she requested acrylic. The manager told her to just wait till they were finished to see if she liked them. I finally had to intervene and tell them she did not want the dip she wants acrylic. The manager then proceeded to tell me that the dip looked good. I told them again that's not what she requested, and they finally agreed to take the dip off her nails and do the acrylic as she originally requested. A new mail tech was assigned and she finally did what was requested. read more

I've been here twice to get dip nails and the sets were both great. One of my nails broke the day after having them done on my most recent set, so I went back to have it fixed. I specifically asked for the one nail to be fixed, but the technician started fixing another one too - she started soaking it and redid it as well as the broken nail. It was free so I guess it's not really a problem. My only other complaint is that it felt rushed and as if the technician didn't care (probably because it was free). I left with a crooked nail - the most crooked I've ever had from anywhere! I didn't notice while I was there because I was on my phone, that's my fault. But she kept checking the shape and somehow thought this was okay ??? I had to fix it myself when I got home. read more

I came with my mom and my sister and the service was good but the nails were terrible. Our toe nails were all kinds of messed up and when doing nails mine looked so thick. My moms nails were cut too short then they were not even. Would've stayed to get it fixed the way we liked but didn't feel like waiting another 2 hours. Well me and a friend went to go get a pedicure, the service was great and a very nice atmosphere, but the quality they give is a no for me!!!!! My toe nails were cut to short, fast, like the person was in a hurry! The worker didn't put clear coat over my friends so another worker had to! I went to get a pedicure and I don't normally ask for anyone specific when getting a pedicure. I don't know the ladies name who did it for me this time, but it was disappointing. I wanted the classic spa pedicure (which was the cheapest one) and she tried to talk me into the more expensive one, of course. After I said I was fine with the classic spa she seemed annoyed. She rushed through the pedicure very quickly and scrubbed each foot for maybe 10 seconds so my feet aren't any smoother then when I came in. She could've done a better job painting them as in some areas you can still see through the polish. After polishing my toes she told me to wait 5 mins for them to dry. Then after about 2 minutes she came by with some sort of spray in a can, sprayed my feet, and told me I was good to go. I walked outside to see the final result after paying and wasn't impressed at all. I checked to see if they were dry and they are not dry at all so now the one I checked is messed up. I just feel like after I told her no about not wanting the more expensive pedicure she had the mindset to just get me out of the chair as quickly as possible and the quality of her work showed that. I understand that some people may not be as good at doing nails as others so quality can vary slightly, but overall the quality should be consistent and monitored by management. read more

I liked my pedicure, the person took their time but it was a bit pricey than other places in this area. I was excited because they took their time and really scrubbed my feet. However, my manicure dip nails are horrible. I was so disappointed bc my pedicure was so good. I had to have 3 tips put on but the technician did not smooth it out. He put the dip on super thin. One of my nails broke off that day, went to go fix it the next day and he could not shape my nail correctly, he had to put two different tips on. I made him fix the other nails that he did not do properly. The shape is off and not good. It has been a week and I already have 3 chipped nails. He wasn't going to put the powder base on when fixing the one nail and I had remind him. I have NEVER experienced this with dip nails. That is the whole reason I get them, so they last 3-4 weeks and they don't chip. My bill with tip was $89. I would go back for a pedicure but not for my dip nails. read more
