The color of the base was super pink and didn't match my skin at all. DO NOT GO HERE. Of all of the nail salons I've been to, this one is the worst. They constantly try to slide in "upcharges" and force you to pay them. They tried to tell me I agreed to a service I never once agreed to. The service itself wasn't great. I can get a way better service somewhere else for the same price AND not have to dispute my bill for extra charges that I never was made aware of. if you want to pay 85$ for a leg tickle in cold water go for it. the shellac polish will last maybe a week before crack or lifting. if you don't go through the owners you won't get good quality. read more

Amazed this place was not on Yelp until I put it here today. I had a great time. Pedicure five stars. Manicure 4 stars ( the tech had a hard time getting the geometry I like). I came in for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. First I will say that I attempted to come in the day before and after sitting there for 45 minutes without being provided a wait time expectation I left and went back the next day. The gel pedicure was OK, even though I paid for callus removal and left with the majority of my calluses still on my feet. Polish job was fine. What I was very disappointed in was the dip manicure. The gentleman did not use a base, which I didn't understand- just used the regular color dip only. This is also the only place I've ever been that didn't put a gel top layer over the dip and UV cure it. I even asked about it and he told me he used a "dip top layer" that didn't need to be UV cured. I'd never heard of that but I wasn't about to argue with him, I'm not a cosmetologist. About 8-9 days after my manicure all of the dip started separating from my nail and the entire polish started popping off cleanly from my nails. My manicures typically last 3-4 weeks, so I know he didn't do something right. I usually have to work pretty hard to get dip polish off myself if I don't have it removed in the salon- but with these all I had to do was apply a bit of pressure and the entire thing popped off in 1 piece. Huge waste of money, will not be back. read more

Went to Coco nails today with my 10 year old. Half done pedicure, messed up polish, lady put thick lotion all the way to toes then placed wax on. (Yes over the lotion) Didn't cut her nails right then got irritated when I asked her to fix them which she didn't do I had to do when we got home. Paid $40 and had to re do myself. Got better "princess" pedicure for $20 at other places than this adult pedicure here. Save yourself the time and headache go somewhere else. read more

They've been here since August of 2020. I can't believe I am the second to review, 14 months later. Clean. Nice. Shellac, Gel, or paint they have all choices in the same colors. So, it doesn't matter if you want gel on one and paint on another appendage. I chose the basic pedi out of 3 pages of choices, I'm kind of no-frills. This nail salon is the worst place to go. The workers are rude and argumentative. They cannot understand what I am saying and cut off all my nails. The quality was horrible many rigid edges left and was not anywhere near even. When I went back to get it fixed they pulled up camera footage to "catch me" but were wrong at the end of the day. They did not even offer to fix it. There are hundreds of better places to go in lubbock for a lot cheaper and better quality. read more

My niece went to the salon (12 yrs) along with my daughter (17), she had her nails done and they charged my daughter 72dlls in her credit card plus they charged my niece 45$ cash. A total of 117$ for 1 set of nails the guy that charged my daughter refused to give her back her credit card. the girls are both under age and cannot speak up for them selves they have respect for others. The guy doing my dip powder left in the middle of the service because I was asking him to stop hurting me. I had a lot of the dip powder product on my skin and cuticle and wanted it cleaned up. He wasn't listening when I was trying to explain what I meant and was trying to argue with me. He then proceeds to shove back my cuticle so that he can drill which I then asked him to stop because it was hurting (since there was product on my skin!!!) this is when he dropped the drill and walked away. Don't go here - I went to get my nails done for a really important occasion and the worker made me feel like I totally didn't matter, he was barely paying attention to what he was doing and kept looking and walking away to do stuff while he was doing my nails. Come home and my nails hurt so badly hours later because the corners were cut way way way too short :( read more
