Not only was the service itself amazing my first wax was also free? I highly recommend this place not only for the excellent customer service but the quality of the waxing itself. I went in for my first facial with Jaime, and I knew I would keep booking here because of how great Jaime was. After a few facials there, I signed up for 6 facials with them (pay 5 up front, get the 6th one free) without any hesitation. Jaime is so sweet, attentive, and just an overall great person! I love coming in to see her. I had one facial with Kaley who was also absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend her too. Overall, I've never had such positive continuous experience with a spa. I really think this is the best spa.

I showed up for my 10am massage at 9:45am and no one was there. I knocked on the door, because it was locked, no answer. I got back in my car and drove around the building to see if I was the only one there, and sure enough I was. So I parked in the front and waited until 10am. The receptionist pulled into the parking lot after the massage therapist did at 10:00. I waited in my car a few minutes when they both finally got out. It was now 10:05. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and took to the back to change and put my things in a locker. By the time I met the massage therapist and my massage began it was 10:20. Remind you my appointment was sit for 10! The massage was not the best I have had and it was definitely not an hour long that I was charged for. I was done and out of the spa by 11:05. I will not be giving Lindsey's my business ever again (also I was supposed to have a free massage on file because the last time I booked the massage therapist canceled that morning) and will be sure to let others know to go elsewhere for any spa needs.

He was very attentive of what I had to say, and made sure I liked how he was cutting it throughout the entire process. He seemed to be very experienced, and cut my hair in under an hour! Usually stylists take 2-3 hours to cut my hair since it's a very short women's style, so his experience with hair was evident in the confidence and speed of his cutting. The outside of the building was not the nicest looking, but the inside was cute and all the people seemed very "real" and very kind. I will definitely be going back, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stylist with reasonable prices!

When I'm there I usually get a Pedi ,mani ,my eyebrows .. I went there two weeks before my birthday, I usually get my nails done every two weeks... well the salon was going to be closed on the The 18th, 19th and the 20th ( The 20th being my birthday) they were going to be closed , so I decided to go to another place ( like it was my birthday should I have not got my nails done because they went on vacation) lol ...well I went in there today and I was asked not only once but twice ....where have You been????? you don't come back ???? where have you been !!!!! by the woman ( the wife) I told her I had been working which was true and she looked at me like ( yeah right ) .. then she started talking Chinese to her husband lol which is always an uncomfortable situation I mean not for anything nobody was in the salon at the time so I don't know if she was just bored ... but rude AF !! Before that, there was an incident in the parking lot over a "Karen complaining about a parking spot " and after I've been a loyal customer to the salon for a year Without knowing the whole situation , the woman salon owner took the karens side ... I felt like it was uncalled for.. so I walked out and I not to go to the salon ever again... I also want to note they have messed up on my nails , numerous times, I never once complained never once went back there for them to fix it .. I just waited my two weeks out to get it to get them redone ....

Decided to still go because I needed my face and eyebrows done for senior pictures. I should have just done it at home. First of all, went in and she (not the owner, another woman) seemed like she didn't want to do mine or my brother's eyebrows. she made his eyebrows look too skinny. For me, she was so rough to the point of almost bleeding. Worst experience here by far and that's coming from someone who absolutely loves this place. I had initially asked for my whole face done, but decided for her to just do my eyebrows so she wouldn't mess up the rest of my face a day before my pictures. I can't believe this service. My eyebrows look horrible and too skinny and I don't know how to fix them. Only coming back here if the owner is working because this is ridiculous.
