I showed up for my 10am massage at 9:45am and no one was there. I knocked on the door, because it was locked, no answer. The receptionist pulled into the parking lot after the massage therapist did at 10:00. I waited in my car a few minutes when they both finally got out. It was now 10:05. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and took to the back to change and put my things in a locker. By the time I met the massage therapist and my massage began it was 10:20. Remind you my appointment was sit for 10! The massage was not the best I have had and it was definitely not an hour long that I was charged for. I was done and out of the spa by 11:05. I will not be giving Lindsey's my business ever again (also I was supposed to have a free massage on file because the last time I booked the massage therapist canceled that morning) and will be sure to let others know to go elsewhere for any spa needs.

He was very attentive of what I had to say, and made sure I liked how he was cutting it throughout the entire process. He seemed to be very experienced, and cut my hair in under an hour! Usually stylists take 2-3 hours to cut my hair since it's a very short women's style, so his experience with hair was evident in the confidence and speed of his cutting. The outside of the building was not the nicest looking, but the inside was cute and all the people seemed very "real" and very kind. I will definitely be going back, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stylist with reasonable prices!

Before that, there was an incident in the parking lot over a "Karen complaining about a parking spot " and after I've been a loyal customer to the salon for a year Without knowing the whole situation , the woman salon owner took the karens side ... I felt like it was uncalled for.. so I walked out and I not to go to the salon ever again... I also want to note they have messed up on my nails , numerous times, I never once complained never once went back there for them to fix it .. I just waited my two weeks out to get it to get them redone ....
