Employee leaving a company, rather on their terms or the company's, should not be brought to the attention of clients. Defaming a former employee is a terrible look for a company that claims to be "a sophisticated high-end barbershop." This is an action you would expect out of a small town gossip salon, not what Regimen claims they are. My experience with the owner has been sub standard. I have previously referred new clients to Regimen whom also received this email. Now my reputation of a barbershop recommendation has been tainted by the owner spreading gossip. In the email, Natalie said I should come back to experience the professionalism that defines the Regimen difference. If that professionalism is defaming former employees, then I do not want that experience nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Since you like to bring up client details in your replies, you can remember August 6th as the last day I will visit or recommend Regimen to anyone.

Christy cut my hair and while she was nice, I feel that the layers do not blend well together and it instead creates more of a triangle effect towards the bottom. I wanted to keep as much length as possible but the shortest layer is probably about 4-5 inches shorter than the longer pieces.
