It was my first time ever at a blow dry salon and first time ever there. And trust me, I won't be going back. I wasn't going to review this place but the more I sit and think about it the more I'm upset. I have 22 inch hand tied extensions, 2 rows. If the stylist couldn't handle it then they should've told me then and there and I wouldn't have been upset. But first red flag was when there was no capes, the "cape" is a tiny towel around your neck. I'm a licensed stylist and I know for a fact that it's against TDLR regulations to not have a cape in a salon. Second red flag was when we went to the bowl to shampoo, and they washed my hair once with shampoo, and my hair was 8 days of not washing, and I know it's shampoo twice and conditioner once. Well, they didn't even "wash" my hair. I still have dirty hair on the bottom and between my extensions. Then the conditioner was what really got me. With extensions, you can't condition your whole entire head. It is the mid shaft- down on extensions and you can use the excess on the very top of your head, but never all of it. Well they did my whole head, and then rinsed 20% of it off. I have conditioner stuck and dried to the sides of my head and the back. Then we go sit down, and again, red flag when they don't stand behind you in front of the mirror. A true stylist knows to stand behind their client and face them at the mirror. Never away. Then instead of putting product on and then brushing, they just start brushing away. Didn't even part my bangs or anything. And if you have bangs, they are first. Never last. Then they put product on, didn't finish brushing my hair, and they section my hair and start blow drying. It was nerve wracking because extensions are EXPENSIVE. I COULD SMELL MY HAIR BURNING. an hour and a half later my hair isn't fully dry, there is conditioner stuck to my face and neck, and my hair looks horrible. Then I got to pay, and I knew they knew they messed up. I didn't get the chance to fully go into my hair because I had a drs appt I was about late for. So I called the salon, asked for the manager and explained what had happened and they want me to come back to redo it. I'm sorry, but if you were to leave that way, would you really want to come back? I highly doubt it. And apparently that is the only way to make it right. So if you feel like wasting money on a wash and blow drying that feels like someone who has no idea what they're doing, then yes that's the place for you. After picking up my son I had to rewash my hair, I just wanted to feel good about myself considering I have 3 kids and I'm a stay at home mom who's husband works out of town. So, this is my 100% honest review and I won't be going back. TO ADD: after reading the other reviews it sounds like the stylist who did mine has done theirs. The stylist told me they have been there since November. 5 months is a long time to be blow drying and it seems like you have no idea what you're doing still. I was also told people with extensions will be with "senior stylists" well then why doesn't it explain that on the website? Or block the extension option when only senior stylists are there? Also noticed how the owner has stopped responding to reviews. Money hungry cowards

She was supposed to have someone call us back the next morning to see if we could all get in at the same time. Not only did I not get a call but when I called back I talked to the same lady who come to find out after telling me we were all scheduled I found out we were not and could not get in at the same time. She got flustered with me and after she supposedly scheduled me this time then she just hung up. I work in customer service and would NEVER just hang up one someone after they scheduled with me! Needless to say I found somewhere else that we can all go. When I tried to call back to cancel our appointments my call keeps getting ignored!

Had an appointment scheduled with Christy right before I was leaving town for a week or so. All the stylists were so nice and friendly, I felt very welcomed. It's always a little weird trying to tell someone cutting your hair for the first time exactly how you like it cut and what you want it to look like. Christy worked with me to fix what needed to be fixed and accomplish the look I wanted. After styling my hair a week later i realized it was a little uneven and didn't look exactly how I wanted. I sent a message over the weekend asking if it could be fixed and received a message from Christy first thing Monday morning telling me she would be more than happy to sit me back down and fix my hair. I came back in and was still greeted with the same friendless from her and the other stylists. She also didn't charge me which was a nice bonus. Overall very pleased with this place

This time, I decided I wanted to switch it up for my birthday. The first pic is what I asked for & the other two, are what I got. It took 5 hours and while Dianna was drying my hair, she was talking about all the things that went wrong; how the root touch up didn't "hold" like it was supposed to, how I have "color buildup" in certain areas so the color is "uneven"(which if I had color buildup, it's due to one of her other stylists that's been coloring my hair), how there wasn't much difference in my hair but "it'll get lighter over time", etc. Somehow, the cost was $405, which I think is a complete scam. I paid it all in cash and a few days later, they charged my card $405 as well, so they took $810 from me, for hair that I didn't ask for. They said that my "transaction never went through" and I told them I paid them in cash so they should never charge my card in the first place, and they claim they gave me a refund but I'm still waiting on it to go through. In addition, they made appointments for me that I was never informed of & completely unaware about until 2 hours before & they were upset when I didn't show up. I had my hair done for a wedding here, and the stylist managed to contort my hair into a "do" and made it stay there. Believe me, that's quite a feat. His cuts are the best... I mean, people stop me on the street to ask me who cuts my hair. Complete strangers..Honest.. It's unbelievable. BUT.. he isn't just a great hair stylist...NO... NO..the way he colors my hair is where the miracle begins. He just makes it look so easy...and no one believes I get my hair colored. IT LOOKS SO NATURAL... And after 23 years of seeing Tim, you can imagine how much grey his has to color.. I love Tim and you will too...

Went in on Sunday to get my hair cut & washed. Came in as soon as it opened, so no real issue…read moregetting in right away. My stylist was Jesse was very pleasant. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said it was no trouble. Great. At first it was the usual small talk (where are you from, etc.), but then he went into this rant about how he had once held the Holy Grail; I'm trying to be polite (smile, nod, etc.), but he just kept going on and on. I was really in no mood to listen anymore (this wasn't how I envisioned my 'me time' would be like). Towards the end, I wasn't completely satisfied with my cut; I repeatedly asked him to make it more choppy and textured, but he didn't. My cut wasn't I expected at all. So I was pretty bummed about that. At that point I just wanted to get the hell out of there. The base price for a cut & wash was under $20. However, I got charged extra for having it blown dry (no sign was posted that mentioned the extra charge, but like I said I really wanted to leave). So my total cost was a little over $30. Which still isn't a bad deal. I just didn't expect a sermon with my haircut. Gonna pass on going back there again.
