2 Slices + Soda for $19.55 seems a little pricey. Especially since the slices aren't huge. However, the calzone is such a hearty meal, definitely worth it! Cheese Slice: Technically, a very nice slice. The high quality tomato sauce was first noticeable to me. Lots of gooey warm cheese. And reheated crust was perfectly crispy so it didn't flop when you hold it. Meat Lovers Slice: Really was loaded with meat! Loved the pepperoni cups that curled up and had crispy edges. Thick slices of ham. Big chunks of bacon. Some sort of fancy looking sausage slices. This is definitely a lot heavier than the plain cheese Calzone w/ Pepperoni, Andouille Sausage, Ham: Calzones make me nostalgic, like somehow they were everywhere when I was a kid but now they're not. So quite excited to see it as a special here. I was very meat-centric with my order and have no regrets. It came out glistening, like it might have been brushed in butter or olive oil. Golden brown too, so very nice crust texture. Partially cut, for easier eating. Was dripping lots of gooey mozzarella. All the meat was nice. The ham was particularly memorable since it came in thick squares. Also, loved the nice cup of pizza sauce to dip it in. Overall, a really nice lunch choice.

My husband and I came on a Sunday around 6. Several people were dining in. We got 2 slices of pizza one pepperoni and one cheese pizza to go. Both were delicious, even the crust was good. All in all, a solid choice for slices if you are in Union Square. However, the customer service lacked, we weren't greeted and stood around for a few minutes before someone came to help us.

It's 10pm, you are making your way to the hotel and you are starving. This is one of the few places open late on a Thursday. Was it the best pizza of my life?, no definitely not. Was it's very expensive, yes for a 12in pizza and pasta total was $50. But honestly it hit the spot and filled us up. It's pizza you can't really go too wrong. If you are hungry and it's late, I'd eat here again. Staff were very friendly and there is a good amount of seating inside.

I would give this closer to a 3.5; the crust was good and the cheese has a pull to it but the sauce was lacking flavor. Had the pepperoni slice and pesto slice, the pesto was better. $9 a slice

Don't forget the delicious upgrade to ANY slice adding Hot Honey and Fresh Basil.

On my first visit, Ramy and crew were quite accommodating to my special request for cheese on only one side of the Backyard BBQ pie. Fun dining area with a couple of tall counters and bar stools as well as standard height tables and chairs. Everything we ordered was yummy. I will be back soon!

I stopped in to USP before work for a slice of pizza to get prepared for a long night shift. The gentleman at the front counter was the sweetest ever! I also ordered a small Greek salad which he prepared and it was super fresh and flavorful. Finally, I ordered a slice of Nutella pie to top it all off. The pie was absolutely delightful and a must try! My only hang up was the portion size for the price. I wish the pizza slices were larger and that there were more options for toppings. Otherwise I would stop by again....maybe just for the Nutella pie though ^_^

I'm in San Francisco for business. I heard Union Square was a good pizza option from a local. I had a slice of the pepperoni with the Hot Honey. It was fantastic. I ordered a Margherita and basil to go; it was excellent too. The only reason I didn't give a 5th star was the price. San Francisco has so many fees; it's ridiculous. I paid way too much for a slice, a water, and a 12" pizza.

Definitely recommended! We quickly searched for pizza (something new to try) after a quick trip to SF museum. We walked in and ordered pizza. Staff was really nice and friendly. Pizza tasted really good. Please was really clean. This will be added to our pizza go to place.

Visiting city for the day and got hungry. Saw some people in the place so I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a 12" along with a beverage, the gentleman at the counter asked if I was staying at one of the hotels. I was and got a 10% discount. Pizza came within 10-12 minutes, was hot and tasty. This was a good stop, would recommend for anyone looking for a quick bite.

Pizza was very good but way over priced. 30 bucks for a small like 10" pizza. Giving them a 4 as the value is just not there.

The tuna was rich and smokey in a great milky and fragrant fennel sauce. The hamachi in the root veggie wrap with a slight kick, awesome! And the scallop was good too! My boyfriend liked that one, but I thought the chip on top was over powering. My other favorite, the lamb pasta! Loved that texture. Flavor wise, savory and spicy. It was cold out and really warmed me up. Loved the experience. Our waitress was also awesome and patience. She let me try a few of the wine before settling down on a full body red that went very well with my pasta. Oh and the affogato, yum!! Exactly what we were looking for. Milky, almost sticky gelato, with a great bitter espresso

Most of the staff were kind and accommodating women who routinely refilled your water. Even the bar seating wasn't too bad nor crowded! Definitely make a reservation! Now I'm personally not too concerned with pastas, I always think it's better to make it at home and not my first choice to seek it when eating out. But the pasta here is so flavorful, just perfect down to the texture and portion size. To start, we got the Hokkaido scallops with preserved lemon and sea beans. Refreshing and satisfies. For the pastas, we ordered the Cencioni with five mushroom sugo. A mix of cremini, shiitake, oyster, and porcini mushrooms with a deep, umami-rich flavor that's paired so well with crisps, a perfect pasta!! We also ordered the Paccheri alla vodka with tomato, cream, and nduja. Silky and a bit spicy, super delicious. I would most definitely come here again, this is probably my favorite Italian spot so far, ever. It's that good. I'm not even a pasta fanatic nor go out of my way to get Italian, but this place exceeded all my expectations.

The fact that the 97 year old owner, Luisa, was there to greet us was an added bonus! Amelia made everything super easy from the start: she sent a menu survey ahead of time, was really accommodating with a time and headcount change, and was overall just great to work with. The dinner itself was amazing. The space feels semi-private (tucked behind the pasta case), which made it perfect for our group of 9. The table itself was gorgeously set with candles, flowers, and all the little details that made it feel really special. They even customized the menus to say "Happy Birthday Taylor," which was such a fun touch. The food was incredible, and there was SO much of it, no one left hungry. The wine was flowing, the vibes were perfect, and our servers were great. It felt special without being stuffy at all. They also sent us home with fresh pasta, which was the cherry on top. Located in the legendary Mission District of San Francisco, this wine bar is a great spot to catch up with friends and enjoy small bites and yummy crafted cocktails. Their decor is very chic and I especially loved all of the hardware, glasses, tables, and benches. This place was styled by a great design artist. Even though the place was pretty packed and can be kind of noisy, I still felt very calm amongst all the healthy plants and loved the sophisticated 70s inspired glassware. Another great feature of this place is that you can buy most of the plants because they have some for sale so after a couple of cocktails, I was ready to redecorate my whole house with all the plants.
