Wouldve been 1 star but there were two kind people that prevents me from giving 1 star. Young lady working aug 7 at 1:00pm with a tall gentlemen. Came in with my gf and her dog to pick up my glasses. SO KIND and nice!! Super friendly. But its also genuine. However, first time visiting was the worst. There was a worker and he was extremely passive aggressive and rude. Like come on. I appreciate u explaining why I needed framed glasses but my mother is old and only asked one question for clarification. Bro hit her with the "thats what I just said" passive aggresively. And when I picked out two glasses to look at, he just put away my glasses back into the showcase, leaves, serves someone else. So im jus left there tryna look for the glasses again with nobody helping me till I ask for help when u guys had like 3 ppl doing nothing. It feels like ur at a car dealership here. The optometrist is really kind though. He showed me the diff between a prescription w/w.o astigmatism and did his best to guide me on what I believe is what I want for my glasses/contacts. Well anyways I came back to pickup my contact lense. Old lady tells me to check in. Nobody was in there but me. So I check in which ive never done the past two times I came. If this is standard protocol, then either stick to it or dont use it? Like I filled out all my information to pick up my lense which is a waste of time when u guys have nobody in there. I go up after checking in and the same guy who was rude asks me for my DOB. Dob? I put that in during check in. So why ask? Then asks me twice for my dob because he couldnt find my contacts and asks if I got a text message or call. Yes. I did get a call and text. Thats why im here..? And then after a bit comes back with it and says they didnt have it ready and apologizes and puts all my contacts in a box. BUT he was very nice this time. So I really appreciate it. Restroom is nice. Im happy with my glasses. Havent tried my contacts yet. Their selection is nice. But I just cant recommend my friends to come here. The attitude and service is so bad I genuinely think you guys are and will lose customers. Might just be a once in a while kind of thing and I drew the short end of the stick, but dang. Please look into the two people who were nice + kind working on that date and time. They are actually nice people. I wouldve left 5 stars if I only experienced working with them because of how friendly they were. read more

Here are some thoughts after my visits: Pros- clean, nice waiting area with arcade/toys, has a large frame selection, $60 eye exam ($30 credit towards new glasses). Cons- not very friendly, rude/defensive responses, pricy lenses, long turnaround time despite in-house lab Overall, not very satisfied with my experience due to the lack of connection and warmth from the staff (on the phone and in-person). It wasn't that busy when I came in both times either. Maybe I came in on off days or something. Not sure if I want to return :( read more

My mom was recommended to come here a few years back by a friend of hers and this place has never disappointed us. My mom and I both have had eye exams in the past with no complications. I've bought frames directly from this spot but have mostly brought in frames we purchased elsewhere to come get them adjusted to our dose. I purchased a premium plan for my main set of glasses which also included blue-light blocking lenses. I sit in front of a computer a lot at work and play lots of video games at home so it works surprisingly well for me. Other than that, the premium plans do seem better for the eyes and not just a gimmick. Some of the staff may be a little pushy at times but at the end of the day, they are trying to make a sale to meet a commission quota. All in all, this spot has excellent customer service. My latest visit was to get new nose pads. One had fallen off recently and the other piece was old and worn down. The guy helped us right away and not only did he attach two new nose pads, but he also tightened my glasses and thoroughly deep cleaned my lenses. Not a single penny was charged for that service. A plus for Korean speakers but they do speak English as well. I recommend this spot as this has been our go-to spot over the years! read more

One star is too generous for this place. I asked whether I could pay with my benefits card. Before visiting, I had already confirmed with the benefits card provider that it could be used even when insurance reimbursement was involved. Instead of explaining their policy professionally, the owner (or manager) responded rudely, saying, "You can't do that if you're already getting money from insurance." When I mentioned that I had used my benefits card here before, he raised his voice and demanded to know who had accepted it. Being spoken to that way in front of other customers was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. The customer service was equally disappointing when I came in for a simple repair because a screw had come loose on my glasses. The first question was where I had purchased the glasses, and they only agreed to help after I told them I bought them there. Considering how expensive the glasses were, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
