Tasty barbecue! We love that they are within walking distance of our house. Their barbecue sauces are nice, with a "spicy" option. It's not particularly spicy but it is still nice. Both are sweet. That's my preference for BBQ sauce so that's nice. My favorite meat is the brisket. The pork is not bad for not being in Memphis! My husband also enjoys the sausage and the turkey. My only suggestion would be to offer gluten-free friendly French Fries! (Aka not battered) read more

I'm giving a two star review because the banana pudding was good lol I ordered macaroni and cheese. I've never got macaroni and cheese without no cheese. The pictures from the site are totally deceiving. Maybe it was a bad night but it's my first and last time coming here. The baked potato was dry as cardboard. But a decent size they didn't even put butter on the baked potato. Just a small sour cream on the side . When you buy a fully loaded, baked potato, you think it comes with everything it doesn't Not worth it!!! The potato salad was okay a little watery for my taste. But had flavor. Update, the owner did reply to my post, which was super Duper nice !! Thank you but I choose to part ways .. a kinda of "live and learn experience " thank you and good luck to you and your business read more

Brisket very moist but with a good exterior crisp! Very fresh homemade potato salad, fresh green beans with yummy bacon and interesting topping. Generous portions, good reg and spicy sauces, served beautifully on a wooden platter. I will drive the few extra miles to get there! Sweet people running the place. Nice little interior dining area. Try it!! I need to try other side dishes and mains too!! read more

FANTASTIC! It's just a little hole in the wall in a strip shopping mall but it's one of the best in the area. We ordered the brisket lean - it was plenty juicy and so smoky and tender - absolutely delicious! The carnitas was really tasty and had nice burnt edges throughout. The flavor was so good I didn't need the house BBQ sauce served on the side. We also got the jalapeño sausage- YUM! For sides we did the Mexican street corn (highly recommend) and the cole slaw was good but nothing special. The baked potato was probably the largest I've ever seen and loaded up well. We will be back- often! read more

My family & I love BBQ and saw this spot while driving home . I checked out the reviews, which were extremely high so decided to try it out . We ordered a little bit of everything from the menu and all was delicious. The lean brisket and sausage was moist and full of flavor. The baked potato was huge and fully loaded with toppings. The smoked chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection. And to finish it off we ordered some banana pudding and was soooo good ! We also got tortillas instead of bread which are homemade . Will be back to try some of the other entrees in the menu. read more

I took my family there on Labor Day. We tried the ribs, turkey, sliced brisket, smoked wings and bbq wings. Everything was delicious. It was a little too much black pepper for me but I'm a weakling when it comes to spicy food. It didn't stop me from going back less than a week later to try out some other items. I've officially tried all the meats and they were all good. read more

What a hidden gem. Uncle's is worthy of my designation of 'Hole in the Wall!' If you love authentic Mexican food, great service and run by an entire family, this place is for you. My wife and I ordered tacos; my kids ordered a baked potato and burger. WOW!!!! Tacos were great and fresh; sides were phenomenal and plentiful (street corn & Mac n Cheese)..... prices were very good. We thought Uncle's missed an order. You would miss a wonderful meal if you pass this up. read more

I think I got the end of the day special. I ordered burnt ends, but got jerky. Sooooo dry and rock hard. I honestly should have gone back to get a refund the second I opened it, but too tired after work. Friendly staff. Toast was good, green beans were too. This was my second visit. The ribs were ok. I won't be back, but best of luck. read more

I had the brisket frito pie and green beans. They were outstanding! The green beans had a tomato base that was awesome.

Hidden Gem! Must try! We've had the ribs, brisket, turkey, sausage, baked potatoes, tacos, and desserts. The sauce is really good it has a little kick to it for a hint of flavor. The meat is always cooked to perfection for us. It's always tender and flavorful. The sides are all delicious. This is a very welcoming environment the staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, not a revisit for us. Sides didn't do it for us - tried the beans which were soupy and lacked flavor, mac and cheese which was runny and not cheesy, and mashed potatoes which were stone cold and needed butter/fat. I caught my husband pulling out a competitors sauce that we had left over from a previous meal cause he thought Uncle's sauce options were too "pepper y" UPDATE: owner did respond which was very kind. We did like the quality of the meat. read more

Giving this 5 stars even though my go to place for BBQ has always been Killen's. Let me tell you what , because Uncles BBQ is so close and so good I will think twice about where I go to get my fix. Lunch is half the price you would pay at Killens or some of the local pretend BBQ places around here. read more

We've been watching for this place to open for awhile, and gave it a try for a family dinner last night. Sure glad we did! Overall an excellent experience. Our order included a 3 meat platter, pulled pork sandwich, tacos, a baked potato, and dessert. We ordered online late in the day. As often happens with a good BBQ place, they were out of the ribs I ordered, and also 2 of 3 desserts. But they called right away to let me know and offer a substitute on the meat. The headline product is BBQ, so we'll start with the meats. I ordered moist brisket, sausage, and turkey. The moist brisket is truly moist, nice and tender, and had a good smoke on it. The sausage was great, a very balanced flavor--not too smoky or chewy, but not Polish either. The turkey was moist and tender. The sauce provided was very good--had a little kick to it and complemented the meats wonderfully. The meats are lightly seasoned--this is sauce-oriented barbecue and is well executed. The pulled pork sandwich was one of the best we've had--we ate a lot more of it than we intended. Great smoke flavor on the pork, and very tender. The tacos were quite delicious and the potato was well received. The sides were a mix--we had green beans, which were cooked southern-style (soft) and had great pepper and onion flavor. No bacon that I could discern, so they might be vegetarian friendly. We also had the shrimp fried rice, which was somewhat less successful. Basically popcorn shrimp heated up with brown rice. They should either kick that up a level or take it off. Dessert was more of an adventure. They were out of both apple crisp and pecan pie, but they had some banana pudding left. I had ordered the pecan pie online, and to make up for it they offered 2 banana puddings. We had ordered another banana pudding, and ended up with 2 total, so we were shorted just a little. But the pudding itself was wonderful--creamy with great banana flavor. I think you wouldn't miss with any of them. They have a very broad menu so future visits will have many new things to try--we didn't get into the hot dogs, burgers, or empanadas. They are close to the Corkscrew/Franklins/etc level and may yet get there. 4.5 stars rounded up. read more

Some of the most flavorful bbq. Better than Killen's, Spring Creek, Rudy's, etc. just as tender as Corkscrew but more flavorful!!!

Love the food ,service and Ambiance! Everything is always great . The meat is always tender and juicy and the sides are always delicious as well. My family loves this Barbecue. We have used their catering service for our daughter's baby shower and everyone was asking where we got the food. It was a great day! read more

Uncle's BBQ - Delicious hot wings! Some of the best I ever had!!! - Barbeque Near Me - Tomball, Texas

Not good at all. For starters...some of the soliders have asked to used the bathroom multiple times but always been told they didn't "have one" but miraculously they have one today. Second, my friend asked for NO CHIVES on her baked potato but they not only took forever to bring it out, they still put it on there. The birria tacos was lacking flavor. It literally tasted like nothing. The baked potato brisket meat also was underwhelming under seasoned. Maybe I chose the wrong dish for this place ....i finished my food because i wasn't the one who paid for it lucky but i definitely won't be back. The food wasn't nasty but it just wasn't seasoned is the problem. They even conveniently "forgot" to add the 10% discount for service members. Not my problem since I won't be eating here nor would I recommend this spot to anyone. read more

I had high hopes for this place due to reviews but ended up being really disappointed and left unsatisfied. They get two stars because their customer service was good (the girl behind the counter was super sweet) and their brisket and pulled pork was decent. But here are the negatives... 1. It was $90 for 4 people to eat. You read that right...$90!! We got the pulled pork sandwiches and the two meat plate and it was $90!! Oh and one banana pudding to share... 2. The Turkey tasted like it was straight from a frozen dinner...a really bad frozen dinner. Not much smoky flavor and tasted microwaved. To be honest the brisket and pulled pork had a slight microwaved flavor as well but not near as bad as the Turkey. 3. The sides really need some work. The green beans weren't soft. The mashed potatoes were chunky, dry, had fake bacon bits on them and over peppered. The Mac and cheese had zero flavor, just tasted like cooked noodles with a bland sauce (not even cheesy). Unfortunately we will not be back and just cannot recommend. read more

I've gone here a few times and the food is good, but the brisket can be a bit dry. This isn't really a place you want to dine in, as it's pretty small and meh... but it is much better bbq and sides than any other place within a 5 mile radius. I really like their cole slaw. read more

Y'all!!!!!! Make the drive to Spring/Tomball & get yourself the Brisket empanadas with the cheese sauce!! I swear, I love Texas for this reason! The servings are big! I ordered the lean brisket. It was perfect. The 2 BBQ sauce choices are great, you can't go wrong with whichever one you may like. The lady in the front provided great service. Very welcoming and funny. The gentlemen in the back created magic with the brisket empanadas, y'all. Try the banana pudding, too! read more
