Been eating pizza from this place for over 15 years now. The food is amazing, the service has always been mediocre. I placed a pick up order yesterday and the reason i'm posting this is to let the business owner know that their employees should be REQUIRED TO TELL PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE THAT THERE IS A 4% FEE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD, not wait until I come in for my pick up order to tell me that. I understand if they need to make up the fee by charging it to the customers, that's ok, but at least let us know before hand so we can have the option to bring cash. Maybe they do train their employees to say it and this guy just didn't tell me? Either way, let people know, because your food is amazing and I'd rather give you cash for the order and give your employees the 4% (on top of my normal tip) than have it go to the card company. read more

There are so many options for pizza around the area. You can get boutique pizza, take and bake pizza, or chain pizza. Uncle Peteza's is a family owned and operated pizza restaurant that has friendly staff, consistently good pizza with fresh ingredients, and quick delivery times. I've never had a bad pizza from this place but I feel that if I ever did; they would do everything they could to make it right. The restaurant is in a somewhat run down strip mall on Meridian and I would never have given this place a second look had a neighbor not ordered their pizza for a birthday party here. If you are looking for a fancy pizza with crust made from organically farmed water and toppings that came from a fair trade certified plant named Travis, then you may want to look elsewhere but if you are in the market for a tasty, consistent, satisfying pizza from a local pizza restaurant, then look no further. read more

I love Uncle Peteza's! I've tried only the pizzas, breadsticks, and Yia Yia's Ice Cream (not my favorite). Pizza is good. Spuds & Bits will surprise the heck out of you. Sometimes, it can hit or miss on the specialty pizzas but I always find regular pizzas to come out excellent. I love the flavor. I always order a side of regular ranch and marinara (very large!) to dip the crust and pizza in. The Ice Cream...I'm just not a fan. I have tried several kinds from there and have yet to find one that I actually like. I prefer Uncle Peteza's over the chains around here! read more

How can you not love Uncle Peteza's? Just look at the name! "Pete"Za's, like Pizza...how creative!. He puts out decent pizza, much better than Pizza Butt or Dominos. Now it is no Chicago or New York pizza, but then again what around here is? I love that he supports the local community. And most of his employees are young high school kids who are working for their first employer. You can tell Pete runs a tough, clean ship and is teaching them the basics of working in a service business. The thin crust pizza is delicious and they will even cut the pizza into squares, which reminds of me Chicago style pizza. Great pizza. Horrible customer service. Not how I would want someone running my business. Whoever took my phone order was rude. Refused the one coupon they offer and over charged me for every item I ordered. Driver was quick and friendly. When I called, the next day realizing the errors, not only did I not receive a refund for what I was over charged... I was reprimanded for not understanding a coupon policy that makes no sense. I wish I could give this place NO stars. We have been ordering from them for a long time, and have been very loyal customers. In all honesty we liked their pizza. But their customer service is absolutely horrible. We placed an order tonight as we have every Friday night and got a call from them stating that they will not deliver to us because we are out of their delivery area by a couple blocks and they canceled out order. we always ALWAYS tip the drivers very well and have always had a great relationship with their drivers. Not only have they refused to accept our money they were extremely rude when they called to cancel our order. Double cheese, Double Pepp is my favorite from here!! Tried the spaghetti and meatballs and it was excellent but they don't have pasta on the menu anymore, which sucks. We have ordered from them a couple times, from the delivery location and it has been hit or miss. But this time I called looking to order a veggie minus the green peppers, hoping to replace them with pineapple. Pineapple is considered a regular veggie on their menu not a premium product. However, they wanted to charge me extra just to replace green peppers for pineapples on the veggie. NO THANKS! Places around here need to learn good customer service. I was not asking for an extra just to replace one veggie for another. Not likely to order from them again, unless this is righted. As a consumer, I am a big believer in good customer service. Don't order from this place. We've been ordering from them for more than a YEAR and always had a great relationship with the staff and drivers. But TONIGHT, with a full house a driver called us to tell us they won't deliver to our address anymore and cancelled our order because we were TWO BLOCK past their range. No good reason. No offer of assistance. Only excuses. As a former waiter I always tip between 25-30% and now I'm scrambling to order food for a full house. COMPLETELY unprofessional. We have been ordering from this place for years and on July 18th had been really disappointed. My mother wanted to get a pizza from them so she and my daughter can have a lunch together since it was my mother's birthday and all she wanted was to have a pizza for lunch with her granddaughter. The manager was rude and refused to take order from her and said they now no longer deliver to us. We just ordered a pizza from them less then a week ago with no one stated that they don't deliver at any of those times . I called back and tried to understand what happened and why only to get some rude unprofessional responses from the manager. Finally, good pizza in the bothell/woodinville area. Good pizza in the area is very scarce unless you like pizza hut or other chain places which are only good in a pinch. I really like the meatsa and the supreme. I think that they should uses some spices but it is definately the best pizza in Bothell and goes great with a cold beer. read more

We've been doing business with this place for a while now. The food is good but, the customer service is wicked horrible. I tried to order a pizza last night 1/20/18 and was informed that there is now an additional 4% charge to use my credit card. Really? I asked to speak to a manager and he was extremely rude about it. He told me they switched credit card companies and they are being charged 4% so they are adding it onto customer orders. Not 1 or 2% the full amount. I asked if they were going to remove the delivery fees and he literally laughed at me. Well, I hope I'm not the only one who will discontinue to give them my business. I believe the owner is very disrespectful and unappreciative toward the people that keep him in business. read more

This is not the best pizza I have ever had, but it's nice to have a local decent pizza place that is reminiscent of the old pizza parlors of way back when. Service here is good and the owner is a cool dude who likes to check and make sure you are doing well and that everything is satisfactory. I don't eat pizza but a few times a year, but make sure I get it here. The kids that run the joint are on top of things and the owner supports a lot of the local school activities. The pizza is easily an 8 out of 10 and doesn't upset my stomach like a certain pizza pizza place. In the same lobby is a little ice cream parlor that serves up decent ice cream at an incredibly low price. If you want local, decent quality pizza at an affordable price, go to Uncle Peteza's. Wish I could go lower than 1 Star. I called in an order for 2 Calzones at 5:45pm and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Not only did I wait for well over an hour at their restaurant but the calzones were not even cooked all the way through and were raw and doughy inside. I was a good sport about the wait and honestly wouldn't have been that upset as stuff happens, but making me wait that long and serving me undercooked inedible food doesn't fly.
